Midnight, Sonic couldn't sleep. He felt that something was wrong. He felt something would happen, but he had no clue.

 

Sonic was walking around the lake. He admired the way the silvery moon reflected on the water. He was afraid of something. He was afraid for Tails. He couldn't let anything happen to the one he loved. Tails shared the same feelings of love for Sonic.

 

An hour after admiring that deadly moon's reflection Sonic decided to go back to his home. He walked off into the misty night. He got there and walked into his room. Tails was asleep, so he had to be quiet.

 

Sonic's Thoughts:

Tails you're like an angel every time I see you.

 

Sonic got into bed and pulled Tails close to him. He whispered into Tails ear.

 

Sonic: “I won't let anything happen to you.”

 

He kissed Tails on the forehead and fell asleep with Tails in his arms.
