Artist's Commentary
This is a request done for Samiakie (or Stephanie? Which would you like me to call you? Samiakie was the name you signed your first e-mail to me with..). This was a lot of fun to draw, because I'd never gotten a request from anyone before! And this is just a little message to Steph (may I call you Steph? ^^;;) You described your character as this: "she has long black hair that falls like a shadow to the middle of her back, piercing sapphire green eyes, and she wears 3 weapons, 1 sword across her back, and one dagger in each of her knee high boots. She's really slim, and she wears a black tank top with a black jacket over her shirt, and tight black jeans ending with a silver chained independence cross." Now, I understood everything except the 'independence cross' so I simply didn't draw it in there. Originally, I was gonna put a chain hooked to one of her belt loops, with a silver cross at the end, but when I sketched it out, it looked odd. So I didn't draw it in the final draft. ^^;; Sorry! If you want me to, I'll draw another pic of her with the cross, but I'll need some sort of idea as to what it (the cross) should look like, and where, exactly, on her pants it's supposed to be, because I'm stupid like that. Eheh. Oh, and sorry about the horribly-drawn daggers. X.x I'm no good at drawing weaponry and stuff like that... Anyway, I hope you like it. ^^ |
