This is Kaga, from my fanfic, SD Gundam: Heroes of Jaburo in urban gear. Yes. He does look like he's in the Matrix. The Alpha Zeon's urban Gear tend to be on the rebel side. The Federation's urban Gear would be Swat Team-esqe though. |
