Remember the scene in the manga (anime if you watch it... I never watched it so I'm not sure if this scene is there) where Kaoru goes after Kenshin after he leaves for Kyoto and she finds him at Hiko's place? He seems to ignore her, then she asks "Are you upset with me?" and he answers "Half upset... but also half relieved" I love that scene, it's so romantic in a subtle way... very Kenshin and Kaoru |
