Dedicated to my friend Annie (seaprincess155) for sitting by and listening to me rant about drawing Rinoa's hair, eyes, and while I just kept changing my idea on which character to draw. This is a sketch of Rinoa Heartilly from Final Fantasy 8. Of course, I didn't want to do any digital remastering of this image for once, but I did. Darkened the image overall, and lightened up a few parts of Rinoa's body. Also removed some of the smudges in the background. Shame on me.
