45+ layers and 10 hours of work scattered over the course of three days and I came out with this. My first piece of Fruits Basket fanart. Kinda late for Christmas I was in Canada but, oh well. I sketched it out on the way back home (that's six hours crammed into a mini-van, people) The day after we came back I cleaned up the image. From left to right, its Kagura Sohma, Kisa Sohma, and Tohru Honda and the two little angels at the top are Saki Hanajima and Arisa Uotani. It was my first time making plushies too. Kyo the Cat, Yuki the Rat, Haru the Ox (or Cow), Momiji the Rabbit, Hiro the Ram, Shigure the Dog, Ayame the Snake, and Hatori the Dragon (or seahorse, lol.) I especially like how the hair came out, but it took a lot of work. I did Kisa's hair first, expermienting if honey-mustard hair or brown hair was easier. I concluded that brown hair was easier. I may go back and fix the skin shading and a BG, but I'm not in the mood to do it right now, too sleepy...I hope everyone likes it and happy holidays to you all!
