-__Chapter 1__-

“Pancakes”

::Alarm clock goes off but Sakura presses the snooze button and uncountable number of times then rolls and goes back to sleep::

Kero: Sakura. Sakura wake up!

::Sakura rolls in the bed and hits the snooze button again::

Kero: Hey stop that! Wake up. FEED ME!

::Kero shakes her furiously then jumps on the bed::

Sakura: Hey Hey! What are you doing? STOP THAT!

Kero: Please…feed me Sakura!

::Kero's eye start to tear up::

Kero: I am starving!

::Sakura glares at him::

Sakura: What's new?

::Kero wipes eyes then falls to floor::

Kero: So weak!

::Sakura picks him up and walks into the kitchen then sets Kero on the counter::

Sakura: So what will it be?

Kero: Well I will have some pancakes and some brownies and maybe some—

::Sakura looks around::

Sakura: Where is everybody…?

Kero: Oh them? They left. Long gone. Left about an hour ago. Anyways as I was saying I would love some grape soda to wash it—

Sakura: What?!

::Sakura glances at watch then jumps up and down in frustration::

Sakura: No no no! Why didn't they wake me?

Kero: Not sure but they left a note on the fridge…I would tell you what it says but…I can't read.

::Sakura glances at fridge and reads the note then reads aloud::

Good morning Sakura. I left before you awoken because I had to study with Yuki before our big trigonometry test. Dad of course left before the both of us as usual. Have a good day at school!

P.S. Pancakes is fridge

Kero: Pancakes!

::Kero tries to open fridge but isn't strong enough::

Sakura: No! I am so late!

::Sakura runs to room to get read but then is blocked by Kero::

Kero: Pancakes! Get the pancakes!

::Sakura sighs and then gets the pancakes and puts them on the table::

Sakura: You happy now?

Kero: Mmm yea shank foo.

Sakura: Don't talk with food in you mouth. Sometimes you can be soooo unmannerly and it just makes me so--.

:Sakura whines::

Sakura: Ahh. Gotta get ready!

::Sakura rushes to room when she hears the phone ring::

Sakura: What now?!

::Sakura picks up phone::

Sakura: Hello.

Tomoyo: Hey you weren't at school.

Sakura: Yea I know. Thanks to my brother who couldn't wake me up. Wait school isn't over yet.

Tomoyo: It is for me…I ditched after 2nd period. So did a bunch of other people including Li.

::Sakura squeals::

Sakura: LI! Oh oh. I wonder where he is going!!

Tomoyo: Well I heard him talking to his friends who ditched with him. He is going to the arcade and—

Sakura: I'll be there!

Tomoyo: So your not going to school? Sweet! How long till your there?

Sakura: How about 15 minutes? See you there!

Tomoyo: Yea okay and wear something you think Li might like.

::Tomoyo laughs::

Sakura: You betcha!

::Sakura hangs up the phone and dashes to her room while yelling in excitement on the way::

Kero: I love pancakes!
