Chapter 4: Tamers Regroup

Rika was right. I put my friends in danger by letting come along with me. I should have left them stay back at my house but would they stay even I told them not too, probably not. I don't care what happens to me as long the tamers get their digimon back then am happy but besides Rika what will the other tamers think about this. Will they yell at me too if so then I take it?

Alan opened his eyes and looked at the dark sky. Alan got up and noticed everyone asleep including Renamon. Alan opened his backpack and took out his blue and sliver toy digivise and pressed the button and a digital Renamon came on screen.

Alan: I wish I could be a tamer then I could protect my friends and Rika will have nothing bad to say to me.

Alan looked at the sleeping Renamon.

Alan: I wonder what it will be like If Renamon was my digimon or better Guilmon and then I can bio-emerge into Gallentmon and feel the power from Guilmon going though me. It would be awesome but I bet with my bad luck I end up losing my friends before I do become a tamer.

Alan then looked at Rika

Alan: Rika am sorry. I really do respect you and getting you mad was the last thing on my mind. Your lucky though you know how it feels to have power going though you while I look into the stars and wonder what it would be like.

Alan put his toy digivise back in his backpack and lay back down.

Alan: I better get some sleep I don't want to be too tried.

Alan closed his eyes and fell asleep

The Next Day

Rika, Renamon, Mary, Richard, Jamie and Mark were eating small food that they brought with them. Alan was still fast asleep.

Rika: How long is he going to stay sleep?

Jamie: Forever too me

Rika: Well we don't have forever we have to regroup with my friends

Renamon: Do you want me to wake him

Mary: No please let Alan sleep in till we finished our food

Rika: Okay but after we finished we have to wake him

Richard: Rika do you hate Alan

Rika: Only a little I mean he brought you all here to your deaths

Mary: Not true we wanted to go with him

Rika: Then you all have a death wish

Mark: I didn't want to go but I could not let Alan go by himself

Richard: Same here

Jamie: Me too

Mary: Am he's girlfriend so I couldn't let him go by himself

Rika: Then you all good friends sticking by him

Renamon: Do you know why Alan wanted to come here

Mark: Yeah he wanted to find the tamers Digimon

Renamon: Did he say why

Mark: No

Mary: That’s the thing, Alan wouldn't tell us. He always gets upset when I try to talk to him about it

Rika: I can say one thing about him though

Renamon: And whets that Rika

Rika: That he has a good heart. I mean he’s risking he’s life to let me rejoin you

Renamon: But still he be trapped here

Rika: True

Rika then ate her food.

Rika: Well lets get going

Mary: Ok

Mark then walked over to Alan and woke him up

Mark: Come on Alan we going

Alan: Oh Ok

Alan got up and gripped his backpack and started walking ahead of the others

Renamon: Looks like he still upset about yesterday

Rika didn't say a thing while she picked up her backpack

Rika: Lets go

Everyone nodded and they picked up their backpacks. Meanwhile Takato and the others were walking though the harsh hot desert sweating like pigs.

Kazu: Ah man I sure need a glass of lemonade right about now

Kenta: We all need one

Takato: Hey Henry my signal is getting stronger

Henry walked by Takato and looked at his digivise beeping like crazy

Henry: Maybe we coming nearer to Guilmon

Takato: Yeah

Suzie: Henry am hot and my feet starting to hurt.

Henry: Maybe we should all take a break for a short while

Takato: Okay I go on ahead and hopefully find Guilmon

Henry: Ok but not to far we don't want to lose you

Takato: Ok I be back soon

Takato went ahead while the others found a rock to sit on. As Takato carried on his digivise started to beep even louder, Takato looked around and saw a cave. Takato walked in the pitch black cave looking at his digivise, Takato then looked up.

Takato: Guilmon are you hear boy

Takato carried on moving forward in till he hear snoring like sounds

Takato: Guilmon is that you

Takato waited for answer but nothing then the snoring sounds continued. Takato then hared a familiar voice

????: Momentai

Takato: Terriermon is that you.

Takato moved forward and tripped over something and dropping his digivise. The digivise then shined on the head figure of guilmon with Terriermon sleeping on top

Takato: Guilmon it is you

Guilmon slowly opened his eyes to see Takato

Guilmon: Takato

Takato: Hi boy

Guilmon: Takato!!

Guilmon jumped on Takato as Terriemon fell on the floor waking him up

Terriermon: Guilmon whets the big idea

Terriemon looked at Guilmon licking Takato

Terriemon: Takato is that really you

Takato: It sure is

Terriermon: Then does that mean Henry here

Takato: Yup

Terriermon: What about the others

Takato: They here too

Guilmon: That’s great news

Takato: Come on lets regroup with them

Meanwhile Alan was walking in front of Rika and Renamon looking down at his feet

Richard: Man Alan looks really down

Mark: Yeah like his pet dog died or something

Jamie: Mary maybe you should cheer him up

Mary: I will but not now, Alan needs time to think things thought

Rika overhearing their conversation went next to Alan. Alan looked at her shirt still afraid to look at her face to face.

Rika: Listen about yesterday, I was a bit harsh on you and for that am sorry but the fact still stay the same about you bringing your friends and yourself into danger.

Alan then closed his eyes

Alan: There’s no need to be sorry for anything I was stupid enough not to think things thought.

Rika: Why are you doing this

Alan: Am afrid to say

Rika: Please I need to know

Alan: Not right now but I will tell you

Rika stopped and waited for Renamon to catch up

Renamon: Well what he say

Rika: Nothing about why he’s doing this

Renamon: Maybe we should focus on finding Takato and the others

Rika: Good idea

Meanwhile with the other tamers. Henry was hugging Terriermon

Henry: Terriermon Its been so long

Terriermon: I know Henry its good to re join you

Kazu: Hey Takato what about our digimon

Takato: I only found Guilmon and Terriermon

Guilmon: I know where Garudromon and Marineanglemon they both protecting the gakomon at the swamp area

Mako: Do you know where Impmon is

Guilmon: No impmon left us a long time ago

Kenta: What about Renamon and Cyberdramon

Terriermon: Cyberdramo left us to but Renamon was with us I don't know where she went.

Henry: I hope nothing bad happened to her

Takato: Guilmon can you pick up her scent

Guilmon: Yeah Ok

Guilmon was about to sniff the ground suddenly he felt her preanse

Guilmon: She's coming here

Takato: Really well that was easy I guess we hang around here in till she came

Terriermon: By the way Henry where’s Rika

Henry: Don't know she wasn't with us when we woke up in the digital world

Kenta: Can we wait for Renamon in the cave where there is shade from this heat

Jeri: Yeah am sweating even more

Henry: Yeah lets go.

Meanwhile Alan was stilling feeling down as he contained to walk and looking at the yellow ground. Mary and Mark looked at him from a distance

Mark: He still upset huh

Mary: He snap out of it

Mark: Hopefully. Maybe I go talk to him

Mary: You think that can help

Mark: Am willing

Richard: I won't you might make it worse

Mark: I going to try anyway I had enough of Alan feeling down all the time

Mark dashed up and went beside Alan

Mark: Hey Alan still feeling down in the dumps

Alan: Maybe

Mark: want to talk about it

Alan: Not really

Mark: You sure am always here to help

Alan: Am sure

Mark: Then try to purk up I hate to see you like this

Alan: I try

Mark: I know Rika yelled at you an all but........................

Alan: Look Mark I just don't want to talk about it ok and if you think am upset just because someone yelled at me then your dead wrong!!!!!!!

Mark stopped letting Renamon and Rika pass him in till Mary, Richard and Jamie caught up with him

Jamie: Smooth Mark

Mark: Shut it Jamie

Richard: You should let him be

Mark: I was trying to help

Mary: I know but Alan is stubborn sometimes

Mark sighed and carried on walking with the others

Rika: Renamon where are we headed anyway

Renamon: To the cave where I left Guilmon and Terriermon at

Alan looked back

Alan: Really

Renamon: Yes

Alan: How far is it now

Renamon: About an hour.

Alan: Ok lets carry on forward, I finally get to meet Guilmon oh right something good at last!!

Rika: He's happy all of the sudden but it is good to see Guilmon and Terriermon again

Richard: I don't get Alan at all

Jamie: Yeah one second ago he was upset and now he's happy

Mary: Lets hope it lasts

One hour later the group arrived at the cave

Renamon: There it is

Alan: Oh boy!!

Alan rushed ahead

Rika: Hey wait up

Rika and Renamon chased after him as the others walked. Alan entered the cave and saw Guilmon and the rest of the tamers. Alan eyes opened wider as he saw Takato and Henry. Rika and Renamon then came in behind them

Takato: Rika there you are

Rika: Finally found you guys

Henry: I see Renamon found you

Rika: Yeah

Mark and the others then enter the cave

Mark: Whoa more of them

Jamie: Hey guys I think Alan zoned out on us

Alan stood there not moving at all still locking his gaze on the tamers

Mary: Don't worry he snap out of it

Jeri then noticed Alan and the gang

Jeri: Hey Rika who are the other guys

Kazu: And how did they get here

Rika: its a long story

Henry: Then we stay here for the night and you can tell us all about it

Kenta: And have something to eat

Mary: Can we join

Takato: Of course anyone welcome

Mary: Cool

Alan's gaze dropped and he knew what was going to happen next if he stayed longer

Alan: I be outside if you need me

Jamie: Alan

Takato: did I say something wrong

Richard: No

Alan walked out and sat on top of a large rock and looked at the real world

Alan: Rika is going to tell them everything about me and my friends and then all the Tamers will start to hate my guts for the rest of this journey.

Alan then yawned

Alan: Am tried maybe I get some shut eye

Alan lay down and closed his eyes after a few seconds he hared someone walking up to him. Alan opened his eyes to see a black Wargreymon about to strike him. Alan rolled away and fell off the rock just before Black Wargreymon striked destroying the rock. Alan was about to get up in till Black Wargreymon had his armblades to his neck. The Tamers came out just in time to see it, so did Alan's friends

Mary: ALAN!!!!!

Alan: Oh boy am finished

And that people is where my life will change forever and take a rough turn for the worst.
