"Good morning class!" her teacher, Ms. Myzaki, said happily, "Now girls and boys your desk and get out a sheet of paper and prepare for a pop quiz!"

Eamon moaned and said, "Ah man! A pop quiz today!"

"Well you should have reread the entire section that we read yesterday, Eamon," Saoko told him.

Ms. Myzaki put a piece of paper on Saoko's desk and said, "No talking, Ms. Daishi."

Saoko looked down and said quietly, "Yes, Ms. Myzaki."

After the quiz Ms. Myzaki started talking about biology. A note landed on Saoko's desk and she turned to look at her brother who shrugged. She opened the noted and read it.

Saoko,

Are you free this Saturday?

Tai

She read the note a couple more times and blushed, this was the first time any boy who even liked her had asked her out. She grabbed her pen and wrote the following:

Tai,

I am free Saturday. Please write back.

Saoko

Tai looked at her and was about say something when the bell rang. Saoko grabbed her books and was about to leave when Gizaburo walked up to her and handed her a note. He smiled at her and left the classroom.
