The parties Ranma Saotome (hereafter referred to as Ranma), and
Nabiki Tendo, Kasumi Tendo, and Navi Hibiki (hereafter referred to as
Suitors) hereby agree to the following:

1. This writing forms the whole of the Agreement and supercedes
all previous agreements between the parties, both written and oral.

2. Ranma hereby disavows any contracts to marry made in his name
by his father, Genma Saotome.

3. Ranma agrees to marry no less than one Suitor after he reaches
the age of 18 and before he reaches the age of 19.

4. Ranma agrees not to marry anyone who is not a Suitor.

5. Ranma agrees to make a good faith effort to treat all the
Suitors with kindness.

6. Ranma agrees to protect each Suitor.

7. Ranma agrees to, in good faith, not cause significant harm to
any Suitor without their consent.

8. Ranma agrees to not engage in any sexual activity with another
except for the Suitors.

9. Each Suitor agrees to marry Ranma should he ask her to.

10. Each Suitor agrees to not marry anyone other than Ranma.

11. Each Suitor agrees to recognize any marriage Ranma enters into
that is in accordance with this agreement.

12. Each Suitor agrees that they shall not use any form of
coercion, physical or otherwise, direct or indirect, upon Ranma or upon any
other Suitor.

13. Each Suitor agrees to make a good faith effort to treat Ranma
with kindness.

14. Each Suitor agrees to not engage in sexual activity with
another except for Ranma and the other Suitors.

15. Each Suitor agrees to, in good faith, not cause significant
harm to Ranma or any other Suitor without their consent.

16. (a) Each Suitor shall grant aid to Ranma in whatever form he
deems necessary should he believe himself or another Suitor to be in
danger. (b) This aid can include physical service or combat by the
Suitor. (c) The definition of danger shall be determined by Ranma.

17. Any violation of any of Parts 9 to 16 on the part of a Suitor
will result in that person no longer being a Suitor under the Agreement.

18. Should Ranma formally forgive a former Suitor who violated any
of Parts 9, 10, 13, or 14 within one month of learning of the violation,
then that Suitor shall regain the status of Suitor under this Agreement.

19. (a) Should Ranma and any affected Suitors forgive a former
Suitor who violated any of Parts 11, 12, or 15 within one month of Ranma
and all the affected Suitors learning of the violation, then that Suitor
shall regain the status of Suitor under this Agreement. (b) A violation of
Part 12 with regards to Ranma is considered to affect all other Suitors.

20. Any violation of any of Parts 2 through 8 shall have specific
performance as the sole recourse

21. Any marriage between Ranma and any Suitor shall not be
dissolved except for cause.

22. Failure by Ranma to protect a Suitor who caused the danger to
themselves, deliberately or through lack of prudence, shall not constitute
a violation of part 6.

23. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to prevent normal
courting behavior between the parties. Normal courting behavior shall be
determined by Dr. Tofu Ono, or in his absence, the court.

24. Any Suitor who is not married to Ranma at the date of his 19th
birthday shall no longer be considered a Suitor for the purposes of
this Agreement.

25. Additional parties may become Suitors by the consensus of
Ranma and all Suitors.

26. Each Suitor shall contribute $10,000 or a secured legally
enforceable note for $10,000 to an escrow account (hereafter referred to as
the Account.)

27. Any Suitor who ceases to be a Suitor through the operation of
Part 25 shall (a) be paid $10,000 plus reasonable interest if the suitor
contributed $10,000 to the account, or (b) have their note for $10,000
canceled.

28. The day after Ranma's 19th birthday the contents of the
Account shall be paid to Ranma.

29. Marriage shall be defined for the purposes of this Agreement
as being legal marriage if possible, otherwise it is religious marriage.

Notes on it's meaning..

1. This is then entire agreement.
2. Almost any court will allow a minor in Ranma's situation to no have a
marriage contract enforced against him if made by a parent, should the
minor disavow it.
5. Ranma has to try to be nice, but the contract is not broken if he isn't.
7. Ranma can still spar or even engage in S&M, but can't hurt the others in
general.
12. The various Suitors can only try to persuade Ranma or the others.
13. the same as 5
15. the same as 7
16. The Suitors have to give whatever help Ranma demands whenever he says
that he or a Suitor is in trouble
17-19. A Suitor who violates the Agreement isn't a Suitor anymore. Ranma
can allow them to become Suitors again, unless the violation affected
another Suitor, who then must also forgive.
20. Ranma must do what the contract says, he cannot just pay what his
performance would be worth (often considered to be very little)
21. Ranma and a Suitor cannot just agree to get a divorce, they have to
have a good cause, such as adultry.
22. A Suitor can't make people want to hurt her or stop avoiding trouble
and expect Ranma to be forced to protect them under the contract.
23. Basically, this means that petty bickering, refusing to sleep with
another if one isn't the sole sexual partner, etc. is not violating the
contract. Dr. Tofu gets to decide what falls under this because he's a
neutral, sensible, party, and it limits how much gets excused.
24. Suitors get to sleep with others, marry others, not be forced to marry
Ranma if he doesn't pick them within a year.
26-28. Each suitor will lose $10,000 (either cash they put up or a debt
that allows Ranma to sell off their possessions) if they violate the contract.
29. If a legal marriage is not possible (due to already being married,
wrong sex, etc.) a religious marriage if fine.
