This is my first poem that I'm actually publishing. It was a project for school and it focuses on the September 11 tragedy. I would just like to say to the terrorists all over the world that if you hate us so much that you can take our people and our planes and through them against our buildings then:

May God Have Mercy On Your Souls

Warning: This poem was co-written by me, my friend Laurel Truelove, my wrestling buddy and best friend Troy Tomasino, and Jeremy Edwards

Dedication:This is dedicated to all those people who lost their lives and to all the firefighters and poilicemen who put their lives on the line

Walking into school this year
Was facing our greatest fear
No one knew what to do
No one had the slightest clue.

Showing no mercy no compassion no fear
Each one carefully took control of a flying spear
Heading towards the greats DC and York
Puncturing buildings, like meat and a fork.

Chaos soon erupted as debris fell everywhere
Covering the streets, not to mention the dusty air.
Everyone's astounded while the death toll rises
Bush tries to keep the peace, making compromises.

Terror has no beginning, no middle, no end.
It has no feeling, no mercy, no friend.
They hit us hard and burnt our heart
But now we're together instead of aparet

Sadly welcome the end of the year
As we await our geatest fear
Our friends we've lost, our friends we've met
Our memories together we'll never forget

This was written to tell about a memorable or humorous event that happened during the course of our 9th grade year. This poem at been eating at me for awhile so we decided to write it and got an A+ so I guess Mrs. Malia thought it was good and I hope you all do too. Please R+R flames welcome.
