~Chapter 1~
“Ring...Ring!” Went the apartment phone. Ivy Iverson, the only one in there answered.
“Hello? Who is speaking?”
“Ivy? You should know who I am. I-I-I’ve been hauled off to jail...I don’t get why... please help me... this time, I really don’t know what happened,” whimpered Mitsuko Takeda, a seventeen year old troublemaker who usually goes into jail, but this particular “haul-off” is unclear to her.
“Really? How strange... you seem to not have any idea what happened. It was such a brutal situation for poor, defenseless Rosa,” replied Ivy.
“What? Omigod...what happened to her?”
“Whoa...are you kidding? That’s the whole reason you’re in jail...you strangled Rosa... the doctors say that you fractured her left arm and cracked four of her ribs. She recently vomited blood because you had a strong grip around her neck,” explained Ivy.
Mitsuko was shocked, “How could I have not remembered that...was I drunk? No...you won’t allow beer in the dorm...click!” Obviously, Mitsuko was cut short.
Ivy thought, “I remember it oh so well. It just happened two days ago...”
