A young girl with long black hair and blue eyes is waking up after being transported to a different world. The girl's name is Ashley. She was always alone and was not scared. “Where am I?” Ashley asked as she looked around. “You are at Central.” A man said as he was standing behind Ashley. Ashley turned around and looked up. “Who are you?” Ashley had asked as she was confused. “My name is not important at the moment.” The man said. “Will we see each other again?” Ashley asked. “Perhaps one day.” The man said as he walks off. “Thanks for telling me where I am.” Ashley said as she smiles. “No problem. May I ask what your name is?” The man said. “My name is Ashley.” Ashley said. “With your physical state, I think you will be good in the military.” The man said. Just then, he vanished. “Who was he?” Ashley asked as she was confused. She shrugged her shoulders and she starts to walk off. Later in the afternoon, it was starting to rain. “Oh great!” Ashley yelled as she kicks a wall and she sighs. “Are you ok?” A boy called out and sees Ashley upset. “I just hate the rain.” Ashley said as she sighs. “So do I and my brother.” The boy said. “Oh.” Ashley said. “I haven't seen you around here. Are you from around here?” The boy said. “No. I'm from a different world.” Ashley said. “Ok……” The boy said as he stares blankly at Ashley. Just then, another boy appears. “We need to go to report to the colonel.” The other boy said. “What does he want now?” The boy said. “He said he wants to see us.” The other boy said and then he notices Ashley. “Who are you?” The other boy said. “My name is Ashley.” Ashley said. “My name is Alphonse Elric.” The other boy said. “And I'm his older brother, Edward Elric.” The boy said. Ashley stares at Ed for a moment and she starts to laugh. “I'm sorry that I'm laughing but how can you be older when you are short?” Ashley asked. “WHO ARE YOU CALLING SHORT?!?” Ed yelled. Ashley sweatdropped and she sighs. “I'm sorry!” Ashley yelled as she backs away. “Anyway, we have to go.” Al said. Ed grins and then looks at both Ashley and Al. “I have an idea. Why don't we bring Ashley along?” Ed said. Al stares blankly. “I just hope the colonel doesn't mind us bringing another person.” Al said. “I'm sure he won't mind, right?” Ed said. “I guess so.” Ashley said. “Great.” Ed said as he grabs Ashley's hand and he starts to run. “Let's go!” Ed yelled as he ran. “Wait for me!” Al yelled as he ran right behind them. Once they got to head quarters, they walked inside and were walking straight to the colonel's office. Every person from the military was staring at Ashley. When they got to the door, Ed knocked the door and walked inside. “I see that you two are finally here.” The colonel said as he was looking at Ed and Al and then he noticed Ashley as she was standing right behind them. `I've seen him before. I saw him earlier.' Ashley thought. “Who are you staring at?” Ed asked. “I was staring at you and Al and then I noticed Ashley.” The colonel said. “How do you know Ashley?” Al asked. “I met her earlier and I thought I recognize her but I guess I didn't remember her.” The colonel said. “I thought I would recognize her as well but I don't.” Ed said. Ashley sighed and she blinks. “I thought that before I came here, I had a dream about you guys and about being here but I guess it was just a dream or maybe a flashback.” Ashley said. They just stared at Ashley and they blinked. Ashley pulled out a picture and shows it to them. They all blinked as they were shocked. “I recognize this picture. I have the same picture before. I think I remember that me and Al had a sister who disappeared.” Ed said. Ashley was blinking but she was quiet. “Does this mean that Ashley is our long-lost sister?” Al asked. “I might not believe this but I think that Ashley is your and Ed's sister.” Roy said. Ashley was backing away and then she runs out the door. `I guess that they figured out that I'm their sister.' Ashley thought as she was now standing on top of the roof and she sighs. Ashley looked around, hoping to be left alone. Ed, Al, and Roy ran outside to go look for Ashley. Ashley looked down and sees them. `I hope they don't find me.' Ashley thought. Ed looked up and then sees Ashley. “I found her.” Ed said as he points up at Ashley. “Oh great! They found me.” Ashley said. “Please come down!” Ed yelled. Ashley looked down and she sighs. Ashley jumped off the roof and then she lands on her feet. “Is it true that you are our long-lost sister?” Al asked. Ashley shuffled her feet and she nods as she sighs. “It's true..” Ashley said. Both Ed and Al were shocked but Ashley looks down at the ground and she sighs. “I was going to tell you but I thought you guys recognize me but guess not.” Ashley said. “Now that we know that Ashley is our sister , what are we going to do now? Where are we going to be?” Al said. “Since that Ashley just arrived here, I guess that we can go to the dorms.” Ed said. Ashley smiled and she nods. “I guess that it is a good idea.” Ashley said. “There is a spare dorm room where Ashley is going to be.” Roy said. “And where would that be?” Ashley asked as she was curious. “Right next to my room.” Roy said as he smirks. Ashley's eyes widened and her jaw dropped. “Are you serious?” Ashley asked. “Yes I am.” Roy said. Both Ed and Al were laughing and Ashley was red in the face and she sighs. “I guess that I have no other choice.” Ashley said. Later that night, Ashley was sitting on the bed and she sighs to herself. “It won't be as bad as being in a room that is right next to Roy's. As I think about it, he's not as bad as I hear. Actually, he's nice.” Ashley said as she was blushing. Just then, there was a knock on the door. “Who is it?” Ashley asked as she was standing by the door. “It's me.” Roy said. Ashley was smiling and then she opens the door. “What is it?” Ashley asked. “I heard that you were saying nice things about me. It sounds like that you like me.” Roy said. Ashley was blushing red and then she sighs. “It's true that I like you.” Ashley said. Roy was smiling. “I just wanted to know. I'll leave you alone. Bye.” Roy said as he closes the door and he leaves. Ashley looked around, making sure that no one was around. She pulls out a black outfit and a white mask and she puts them on. People sometimes call her the black phantom because she was wearing black. `Maybe I should spy on some of the men here.' Ashley thought. Once she was ready, she sneaked out of the door and closes it quietly. She made trips to the rooms and some of the people were scared or mad. The last room she stopped at is Roy's room. The door was open and she sneaked inside. The room was dark and she knew that he was asleep. She couldn't see where she was going to she bumped into a wall and fell backwards. “Who's there?” Roy asked as he got up and looked around. “Oh no. He's awake. I have to get out of here.” Ashley said as she gets up and tries to find the door in the darkness. When Ashley found the door, the door was locked. “Great! I have to find another way out!” Ashley yelled as she was getting mad. “Whoever you are, show yourself.” Roy said as he was standing right in front of Ashley but didn't look down. Ashley looks up and then she sees Roy. “Oh no!” Ashley said as she was alarmed. Roy looked down and he sees Ashley, as the phantom. “Whatever or whoever you are, get out before I can burn you.” Roy said as he was mad. Ashley turned around and ran out of the door, dropping her mask when she was running back to her room. “Who was that person?” Roy asked himself as he picks up the mask. Ashley was trying to gain back her energy when she closed the door. “That was a close one.” Ashley said as she goes back to her regular clothes and goes to sleep. The next day, Ashley was yawning the whole day and was rubbing her eyes. She was walking around the hallways and hears a lot of people talking about what happened last night. “I wish people would stop talking about what happened last night.” Ashley said loudly. “Did you hear what happened last night?” Ed said as he and Al ran towards Ashley and were walking with her. “You mean when the phantom was in almost everyone's rooms and either scared them or made them mad?” Ashley asked even though she already knew what happened. “Yes. Do you know who it was?” Al asked. Ashley was turning pale and she shakes her head. “Uhh…no….” Ashley said. Ed and Al were looking at Ashley as if she was hiding something, even though she is. `I hope they don't find out who the phantom is.' Ashley thought. They finally got to Roy's office and they closed the door. “Did you hear that a phantom was almost in everyone's rooms?” Ed asked. “Yes I did. The phantom was in my room last night. The phantom even dropped the mask.” Roy said as he shows them the mask. `Oh no. I must have dropped it last night when I ran out.' Ashley thought. Ashley was turning pale when she saw her mask. “Whoever's mask is this, it must been a female.” Al said. “Umm….right.” Ashley said. They looked at Ashley for a moment. “Are you alright? It looks and sounds like that you are hiding something that we don't know.” Roy said as he was glaring at Ashley. “I know who the phantom is.” Ashley said. “You do?” Ed asked. Ashley nodded. ”Yes I do.” Ashley said as she was nervous. “Who is it?” Al asked. “The phantom is me.” Ashley said. They were all shocked and Ashley sighs. “There was a time when I disappeared, I had to come up with a new identity.” Ashley said as she took the mask. “But why?” Al asked. “There's another side of me that you don't know.” Ashley said. “You mean there is a side of you that it's a mystery?” Roy asked. “Yes. When I was taken to another world, half of my memory was erased.” Ashley said. “Why didn't you tell us before?” Ed asked. “If you guys found out, I would worry that you guys won't forgive me.” Ashley said. “Of course we would forgive you. It just has to keep it a secret.” Al said. Ashley smiled for a bit. “You're right. We just won't tell everyone else.” Ashley said. “Exactly.” Roy said. Ashley was smiling and she was blushing red. “Ashley has a crush on someone. It looks like that she is turning red.” Ed said as he smirks. Ashley was getting mad and she sighs. “Shut up!” Ashley yelled. “Who do you have a crush on?” Al asked. “I'm not telling.” Ashley said as she crosses her arms. “Do you think that Ed and Al should know who you like?” Roy asked as he smiles. “Fine.” Ashley said. `I would be bursting out laughing if Ashley would say that she has a crush on Roy.' Ed thought. “I have a crush on Roy.” Ashley said as she was turning red and she sweatdrops. Ed was starting to laugh and then Ashley goes right behind Ed and she kicks him. “What was that for?” Ed asked. “For laughing at me when I said that I have a crush on Roy.” Ashley said as she was embarrassed. “Next time, warn me before you kick me.” Ed said. Ashley nods but was laughing. “Alright.” Ashley said. Later in the afternoon, Ashley was walking around in the streets and then it was starting to rain. “When will it stop raining here?” Ashley asked herself as she sighs. Ashley looked up and she sees that she was being covered by an umbrella. Ashley then looked right next to her and she sees that Roy was trying to keep her dry. “Thanks.” Ashley said as she was smiling. “You're welcome.” Roy said as he leans down and he kisses Ashley. Ashley was turning bright red and she giggles. Later that night, Ashley was pacing back and forth in the room. “I can't believe that he kissed me. I guess that shows that he loves me.” Ashley said. Ashley sighed to herself and then she was walking out of the door and starts to walk around in the hallway. “What are you doing up this late at night?” Ed asked as he appears out of nowhere. Ashley looked right behind her and she sighs. “I couldn't sleep.” Ashley said. “Are you thinking about Roy again?” Ed asked. “I guess….” Ashley said as she sighs. “I know you like him. You even admit it earlier.” Ed said. Ashley was getting mad. “Never mind.” Ashley said as she sweatdrops and she walks back to the room. Ashley was very tired and then she falls asleep. She was moving from side to side as she was sleeping and was having a dream about when she was taking away from the world she is in now. “No!” Ashley yelled as she wakes up from the dream and was starting to cry. “It seems now that my memories are coming back now.” Ashley said. The next day, she was looking out a window and sees that it was raining again. She wasn't paying attention to what everyone was talking about and was thinking about the dream she had. “Are you ok? Something must be on your mind.” Ed asked. “What? Oh…… It's just that I had a bad dream.” Ashley said. “Who had a bad dream?” Roy asked as he was now listening. “I did.” Ashley said as she sighs. “So that is why I heard screaming last night.” Roy said. Ashley nods and she sighs to herself. “The dream I had is when I was taking away from this world, but when I was younger.” Ashley said. Just then, a blinding light was shining outside the door. “What in the heck is that shining outside the door?” Ed asked. Ashley blinks and she sighs. “Whatever it is, it's not good but I'll check it out.” Ashley said as she gets up and opens the door. On the other side of the door was a mysterious figure and the mysterious figure grabs Ashley and closes the door. “HELP!” Ashley yells as she was squirming as she was trying to break free. “We need to save Ashley before it's too late.” Ed said. Al and Roy nodded and they ran out the door. Ashley found herself tied up and was dangling on top of a building. “What's going on? Who are you?” Ashley asked. “You don't recognize me? Its me, Ash. The person who was hiding right inside of you.” The mysterious figure said. Ashley's eyes widened. “Why are you doing this to me?” Ashley asked as she was scared. “You see the vortex that is below you? I'm trying to get us back to our world.” Ash said. Ed, Al, and Roy finally ran to where Ashley was. “We'll get you down! Hold on!” Roy yelled. Ash was getting impatient and cuts the rope where was keeping Ashley up. Ashley screamed as she was starting to fall. “Could somebody please help me?!” Ashley yelled. Ashley was close to falling into the vortex but she was caught. “Are you ok?” Roy asked as he caught Ashley. “I am now.” Ashley said. “What is that vortex over there?” Ed asked. “That vortex that my alter ego, Ash was trying to drop me into is to transport me back to the world where I was.” Ashley said. “Ash was trying to get you to return to the world you came from?” Al asked. “Yes but I don't want to go back. I want to stay here.” Ashley said. “It's good to hear that you want to stay but is it the choice you want to make?” Al asked. Ashley nods and she smiles. “Yes. I really want to stay here.” Ashley said. “Ok. We need a distraction in order to get rid of Ash.” Ed said. “I'll do it.” Ashley said as she runs up the building and behind Ash. “Want to do it again?” Ash asked. Ashley was mad and runs toward Ash. They were close to the edge and she tackles Ash, making Ash fall in the vortex and the vortex disappeared. Ashley was happy now that Ash is gone and she can be with everyone again. “Everyone is safe again. Even you.” Roy said. Ashley nodded and she smiles.

 

Two years later, Ashley and everyone else are older and Ashley is much taller. Ed and Al set off for another journey, but they were going back home. Ashley was staying at Central and every now and then, she would go to visit her brothers and sometimes stay a couple of days with them until she goes back to Central to be with Roy. Ashley is about 19 now and is going to be married soon. She regrets that she would of go back to the world where she came from but everyone was nice to Ashley that she decided to stay.
