Thankful for Heero

He was just sitting there; staring, as if his life depended on my loving him. I felt the same. Strange; I have never known anyone to affect me so strongly before. There is something special about him. He pulls my chair out at dinner, (not that I need him too), and he opens my door and kisses me on the cheek when he drops me off at home for the night. I wave goodbye too him as he drives away and he waves back. Strange, how my life has changed.

 

Five years ago, I was fighting against OZ, and some years before that I was a poor street rat with no money or home, now I have more money than I know what too do with.

 

After the war we all stayed in contact but went our separate ways so we could find where we all belong, try being normal. I joined that preventers and so did Heero. Wufei went back too college, Quatre went too take over his family business, and of course, Trowa went with him. It seemed that wherever I went Heero was there with me watching my back. I did not much about it at first, just thought he was being a good friend, so I just let it be.

 

Now, it is different because I have fallen in love with him, actually, I have been in love with him all along, just never realized it until now. He has always been there, patching me up during the war, letting me cry on is shoulder when things got too much for me to handle or if I just need a warm hug. No one knew how compassionate he was, only I did.

 

I never thought his feelings went further than friendship until the war ended and we had just finished a long case. I just happened too mention as we sat down to right out our reports for Une that I was tired of fighting and knew what I wanted too do. He said so do I? I do not want too fight anymore I want too open up my own Computer Programming and Analysis Company. He said. I wanted too open up my own machine shop. Therefore, we resigned the next day and did exactly that. We also started dating a year ago. So yeah, I have more money than I know what too do with, I have good friends that are there for me when I need them and the most important thing is, I have Heero. Thanks, too him I have everything my heart desired.
