Laura woke up startled. "Was that a dream?" she asked her self
"It must be! Travis would never do that!" She looked at the clock
and realized she over sleped. "OH MY GOSH" she yelled and grabed all her
things as fast as she could. "Gonna be late, gonna be late" she chanted
as she ran down the stairs. "Oh laura your awake. Would you take brandy
for a walk?"asked her mom "Sorry mom I got school." she put her shoes on and ran
out the door. "School? Honey it's saturday."said her mom. Laura came to skiding stop.
"Opps" she said blushing. She put her stuff down and took the leash."Come on brandy!"
Brandy barked happily.

The sun was shining and the birds were humming with laura with the song she had stuck
in her head but she wasnt complaing. She loved it. All most as she loved travis. Her
smile turned upside down. She found her self by a pond. She found out before that
this was robeto's favorite place to relax. "Hey" She turned around and saw robeto
standing there, the sun reflecting off him. 'Wow, i never knew he was that HOT'
she thought to self. She felt her self go red,then she shook the feeling off."Arent you
going to say "Hi" or are you just going to stare at me" he asked with a smirk. "Hey" she
said. Her voice was breaking apart. Roberto walked over to brandy and started petting her.
"Hey brandy. How are you girl? Is laura feeding you?" he asked expcting a "I so do feed him"
or a "Let's go brandy!" but all she did was smile. "Of course I feed her. What kind off pet
owner do you think I am?" She said with a playfull tone and a playfull glare. Roberto was
shocked at this moment. He took advange of this moment and tried to start a conversation.
"So what's up" he asked "Not much,oh except I almost went to school this moring. My mom
had to stop me or I'd be in first peirod right now."she gigled "That would have been stu-" he
started but changed his choice of words."Weird,that would have been weird. Sitting In class by
your self waiting for the class to start."Roberto said. For once he and Laura and him had a
convesation and he wasnt about to ruin it because this was what he wanted for the longest time
right? To be with her alone yet not fighting. The conversation lasted for hours till laura relized
the meaning of 'walking the dog' meant walking the dog. "Well I guess this is later" said Roberto.
Laura saw a glimps of saddness on the red head boy's face. "Do you want to come with me?" she
offerd. Roberto looked up in shock. "Are you sure I won't be annoying?" he asked "I'm sure"
she said. They walked out of the park and down into a neiborhood. "This is where you live? It's nice"
Robero said "Thanks" laura. They came up to a house. Brandy barked and laura hooked her off the
leash and brandy went into her doghouse. "Would you like to come in for something to drink?" laura
asked "Nah I'm fine thanks. See ya monday and laura." said roberto "Yeah?" she asked. Roberto
smirked "Remeber no school tomorrow" He said before runing off. Laura smiled and walked into
the house. "Laura your back! You've been gone for hours!"Said her mom. "Oh i'm sorry mom,see I was
talking with my friend and we lost track of time and I'm sorry mom." said laura "That's okay at least
your outside instead of staying inside." her mom said.

"Goodnight mom,dad" said laura as she went into her room. She sat at her desk and thought about the
dream. "I'll tell him."Laura said "I'll finally tell travis tommorow how i feel." said laura as she turned
the light off.
