The day starts in the clubhouse where all the ham hams sat around at the table bored and thinking of stuff to do.
Boss: Boy, what a boring day.
Dexter: Why don't we lay around and stare into space.
All: Naw...
Stan: We could read books.
All: No way!
Penelope: Ookwee! Ookwee! (translation: I know how about we take a field trip and we can explore new areas.
Ham-hams: Naw..
Penelope gets sad.
Hamtaro: I know how about we take a field trip and we can explore new areas!
Ham-hams (except Penelope): Ya, that a great idea!!
Penelope (thinking): What, i said that already!!
Ham-hams get all ready and head outside.
Penelope (thinking): Oh, i remember no one thinks im important enough...always Hamtaro.
Ham-hams start adventuring around, then they had to pass a near by stream.
Pashmina: Be careful Penelope.
The stream was so shallow it only touched your feet.
Penelope glared at the ham-hams as they babied her.
Penelope couldn't take this baby stuff anymore.
Penelope (thinking): This isn't fair I’m big enough to take care of myself.
If I heard another peep about being careful about a stupid thing I will get so angry.
Just then a red toad carelessly hopped right in front of then. It barely did any damage but Hamtaro had to say maybe this adventure is too dangerous for Penelope, I'll walk her back to the clubhouse. Hamtaro paw reached for Penelope's paw but instead of him grabbing it she slapped it away from her.
Ookwee Ookwee Ookwee!!! Cried Penelope (translation: I can't take this any more you ham-hams you always think im too young for everything well im fed up will this junk!
And with that she dashed into tall grass.
Hamtaro stared at astonishment then he quickly said we have to go after her before she gets lost!!
They went after her but they had no clue a hamster was watching them and when he saw her dash away he knew she was going to fall for his trap.
Excellent. Squeaked the unknown hamster.
