Notes: Because Integra was a scary, scary little girl, and Hellsing ate my brain.

 

She holds the pistol in her hands and she will use it -- must use it -- against he monster that threatens everything she has sworn to protect. But the world has turned upside-down, and the monster is her uncle, not the vampire who has just taken a bullet meant for her. Her hands should tremble, and maybe they do, but she steadies them on Alucard's protective arm and aims the gun at her uncle.

 

Monsters have to be destroyed. Anything that threatens Hellsing has to be destroyed. Father taught her that much before dying.

 

Her hands do not shake as she pulls the trigger.
