“Doko…Where am I?” Cosmos looked around at the wilderness around her. She had never seen this much wilderness outside of parks and books. She rose to her feet but collapsed back down at the unexpected pain in her ankle. “Itai!” Slowly, keeping as much pressure off her wounded ankle as she could, rose and began hobbling towards the direction of the noises she could barely hear. After about a half hour of walking, she came upon a clearing with two people fighting violently with swords. Her eyes settled upon the taller figure and who she saw caused all her memories to flow through her mind. “Sesshoumaru-chan!” Cosmos cried as she ran as fast as she could towards him. Halfway there the pain overwhelmed her and she collapsed. The taller figure looked over at the source of the noise and dropped his sword. “Sere-chan!” He rushed over to her prone figure, drawing the Tenseiga. “Sere-chan wake up! Sere-chan! Sere-chan!” Holding the Tenseiga to her forehead, he willed his energy to flow through it, healing all her wounds. Inuyasha walked over to them “And you complain about me losing my heart to mortals, looks like you and her are pretty close Sesshoumaru.” Sesshoumaru only growled, too worried about her to care. As Sesshoumaru removed his sword, Cosmos opened her crystal blue eyes, staring at the man bending over her. “Sesshie-chan!” She cried as she threw her arms around Sesshoumaru's neck. Sesshoumaru smiled softly. “I missed you Sere-chan, its been a long time.” Cosmos grimaced “Yeah, all thanks to Puu.” Inuyasha cleared his throat “As much as I'm enjoying this mushiness, I do believe we have a fight to continue.” Sesshoumaru shook his head “Not today brother, you can fight me for the Shikon no Tama later.” Cosmos snorted. “Even if you win it, Sesshie-chan is the only one who can unleash its entire power, being as it does belong to him.” Inuyasha growled and drew the Tetsusaiga “What do you mean its his, only Kagome or Kikyou can use it.” Cosmos tilted her head “Do you mean Higurashi Kagome?” When Inuyasha nodded, Cosmos growled “Looks like I'll have to explain this in more detail than I hoped. Oh well, I need to go somewhere I can summon Kagome then tell my story.” Inuyasha began to mumble “Kaede's village isn't far away, I guess we can go there.”

 

“Inuyasha, why have ye returned so early, and why is he here?” Kaede inquired as Inuyasha-tachi entered into the village. Inuyasha just shrugged and led them to Kaede's house. After seating herself on the floor Cosmos whispered “Be ready to catch.” A few seconds later Kagome appeared in the air above their heads and dropped five feet to land on her bum. Kagome looked around “Huh? How did I get here? Inuyasha? What's going on?” Cosmos turned to Sesshoumaru, who was childishly poking her in the shoulder. “Nani Sesshie-chan?” Sesshoumaru smirked at her “I left Rin a couple of miles away from the fight, could you get her for me? And don't drop her.” Cosmos blew a raspberry at Sesshoumaru as Rin appeared in his lap. A smirking war ensued, but was soon interrupted by a yell of “OSUWARI!” (A.N. That is the original sit command.) Cosmos turned to find an angry Kagome glaring at Inuyasha who was faceplanted in the dirt. She sighed. “Everyone calm down. I have a very good reason for bringing you here and I'd rather my story was not interrupted by childish outbursts. So I'm separating Inuyasha and Kagome. Inuyasha you sit on the other side of Sesshie-chan and keep your mouth shut.” Kagome gave Cosmos THE LOOK. “Sesshie-chan? What are you? His girlfriend or something?” Cosmos glared at her. “As I said earlier, I want no childish outbursts or you'll be suspended upside-down on the ceiling. Now my story begins several thousand years ago in a peaceful era known as the Silver Millennium. Back then I was known as Princess Serenity, heir to the throne of the Moon kingdom. And this is my older brother, Prince Sesshoumaru.” As she said this, she tapped the crescent on Sesshoumaru's forehead which turned a goldeny-silver shade and rotated till it was upright. “In the Silver Millennium, which consisted of the planets Mercury, Venus, the Moon, Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, Saturn, Neptune, and Pluto, only women could inherit the throne. Earth wasn't in the alliance yet but it was soon to be, because at her birth, the princess of the Moon was betrothed to the prince of Earth. They met for the first time when she was sixteen, and Serenity and Sesshoumaru hated the prince of Earth, Endymion, on sight. Since this was a political marriage and she had to at least seem happy, Serenity pretended to love him and the only ones the wiser were herself, her brother, and most likely the princess of Pluto. Demo there was a woman on Earth who was so enraged at the betrothal that she sold her soul to the demon Metaria (A.N. Beryl & Queen Metallia) and vowed to destroy the princess. At the formal engagement ball, held in the princess' honor, Beryl attacked the Moon with hordes of brainwashed Earth people and demons. Prince Sesshoumaru was away on Earth at the time and when Beryl attacked. And when his mother sent everyone who died into the future, the Shikon no Tama enveloped him in a crystal shell sealing him from time. A few hundred years ago, some demons rose up and attacked the crystal shell. They badly wounded prince Sesshoumaru, and set him free into the world. He collapsed in the woods and when he came to, he was all bandaged up and the last fragment of the Shikon no Tama had been stolen. In order to find the Shikon no Tama, Sesshoumaru found the most powerful person on the land at the time, Inuyasha's father. Using a tiny bit of his magic, Sesshoumaru disguised his crescent and convinced Inuyasha's father that he was his son. (A.N. This was before Inuyasha was born.) Which explains why Sesshoumaru doesn't have dog ears like yours Inuyasha. Sesshoumaru spent the next period of time training and looking for pieces of the Shikon no Tama, and finally he had all of it but the piece that Inuyasha and Kagome have been looking for. Inuyasha, Sesshoumaru didn't really want to kill you… But he had to at least make it look like it or people would have been suspicious.” Sesshoumaru turned and was about to tackle his sister when Inuyasha cleared his throat. “Well that explains Sesshoumaru's part in the story, even though I don't believe it. So why are you here?” Cosmos rubbed at her eyes and continued “Back in the Silver Millennium, when Beryl attacked the Moon, she destroyed everyone but my mother who sealed her into the Ginzuisho and as she died sent us all to the future. I was born Tsukino Usagi, and I was normal for the first 14 years of my life. Demo, when I was 14 on my way to school I came across a black cat who told me I was Sailor Moon. She told me my job was to find the other Sailor senshi… And the `Princess'.” Cosmos snorted. “Over a period of a year, I found the Sailors Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, and Venus. I also found Tuxedo Kamen. We were fighting Beryl again and searching for the Nijuisho, which were shards of the Ginzuisho. It was said when the Nijuisho were all together the princess would be revealed. Once I was revealed as the princess, I gave up my life, destroying Beryl. My final wish brought me, my senshi and my boyfriend Mamoru, who was Endymion reincarnated, back to life with no memories. Then Chibi-usa appeared and we got our memories back, false memories I might add, changed by Pluto to make everything easier. I found out that Chibi-usa was my and Mamoru's future daughter, and together we defeated the Black Moon. Slowly I defeated more enemies, discovered many new senshi, and dated Mamoru on and off. Little did I know that he had been cheating on me with Furuhata Unazuki, Higurashi Kagome, Tenachi Rika, and many other women. Every time he dumped one and came back to me, I accepted him, not knowing.” After this statement, everyone turned to stare at Kagome. Inuyasha stood up “How many people have you cheated on me with? Huh Kagome? Answer Me! How many?” Kagome began yelling “I never cheated on you, she's lying!” Cosmos snorted “As if Kagome. You know how many, as do I also thanks to Pluto. You never loved Inuyasha, no matter how much you claimed it. You didn't care about him at all!” Inuyasha glared at Kagome as he stormed out the door. Cosmos sighed as she rose to follow him. Once outside, Cosmos followed Inuyasha to the Tree of Ages. Kneeling in front of him, she placed her hand on his chin and lifted it up. “Inuyasha, it's okay. She never loved you, you need to get over her. It may seem hard at first but I've gotten over men many times, mostly Mamoru. And you feel better once you realize what they were doing to you. It's okay, there'll be someone else.” She wrapped her arms around him comfortingly, but he just pushed her away and stood up. “I don't care any…” A yell echoed in the background and Inuyasha faceplanted right on top of Cosmos. Scrambling away from each other, faces red, they headed back to Kaede's house. When they walked inside Rin was sitting on top of a cage that held a gagged Kagome. Sesshoumaru smirked “It was Rin's idea, and I figured it was appropriate for a Bi… An animal in heat.” Rin smiled even bigger as Cosmos swept her into a big hug “It's okay Lord Sesshoumaru, I know those words, Master Jaken uses them all the time.” Sesshoumaru growled and cracked his knuckles as everyone sat back down. Cosmos hugged Rin even tighter and continued her story “Finally, we came to our greatest enemy, chaos. But to beat him, my senshi had to give up their lives to turn me into Cosmos. So in despair I defeated chaos and wished myself somewhere else. When I saw Sesshoumaru, my true memories came back.” Cosmos paused dramatically “The end.”
