Chapter 6: Seeing The Unexcepted
Kagome and Sango were in the living room, watching t.v..
"Sango, honey...can you come here?"
"Ok...I'm coming..."
"Sango...I need you to do me a favor..."
"Ok...how can I help?"
"Well...you see..."
"Mom...Sango...what are you doing in the kitchen?"
"Oh!...nothing...umm...Kagome can you go to the supermarket and buy some things for me?..."
"Ok..."
"Here is the things to buy, here's 40 dollars."
"Ok..."
"Take Souta with you..."
"Ok...Souta...we have to go to the supermarket..."
"Fine..."
Once Kagome and Souta left for the supermarket, Ms. Higurashi turned to Sango.
"I need your help...you see, Kagome's best friend came by yesterday, just about the time you two left to the movies...his name is Inuyasha...he's coming today with a friend...I believe his name is Miroku...they haven't seen each other in over a year, and I believe they would have a lot to talk about, so..."
"No need to explain, Ms. Higurashi...I know about her best friend...she is very fond of him..."
"So...you will?..."
"Of course, I will..."
"Thank you, Sango."
After 10 minutes, Kagome and Souta came back form the supermarket.
"Here mom, I got the things you wanted."
"Ok...look I have to go drive Souta to his friend's house...he's going to be sleeping over...and I'm going to my friend's house...I'll be back very late."
"Ok...mom."
"Oh...and Sango...if you want you can sleep over..."
"Oh, thank you!"
"Ok...then...Souta let's go..."
Kagome watched her mom drive away.
"I'm going to shower..."
"Ok...I'm going to eat something..."
Kagome went to her room, to get her towel and quickly got into the shower. While Kagome was showering, the door bell rang. Sango quickly ran to answer it. Luckily, Kagome didn't hear it.
"You must be Inuyasha..."
"Yes...I am...and you are?"
"I'm Sango...Kagome's friend, please come in..."
"Umm...thank you."
"Ms. Higurashi told me about you, there must be a great deal in which you and Kagome have..."
"Uhh...yeah...we do..."
"Ah...nice to meet you, Sango."
Miroku took Sango's hand and lightly kiss it. Sango raised her eyebrow and slightly smile.
"I believe you are Miroku..."
"Oh! You've heard of me..."
"Yes..umm...by Ms.Higurashi."
"oh...ok..."
"Umm...you mind letting go of my hand?..."
"Oh...I do mind..."
"Miroku..."
"...Sorry..."
"You have to forgive Miroku...he acts like that to all pretty girls..."
"Oh...well...umm...Kagome's showering...she'll be out soon..."
"Ok..."
"Umm...I have to go pick up some things of mine...I'm going to be sleeping over so...umm...I have to go..."
"Ok..."
"Sango...may I accompany you?...I mean...I'll walk you home..."
"I live alittle far...I drive...but umm...you can come."
Leaving the house, Sango and Miroku got in the car.
"Why did you leave Inuyasha in the house alone with Kagome?..."
"They haven't seen each other for a long time...I think they need to be alone..."
"...yeah..."
After 15 minutes, Kagome was done showering and done getting dress. While walking down the stairs she was calling Sango's name.
"Sango?...Sango?...Sango, are you stuffing your face again?
Just she got to the bottom of the stairs, and walked to the living room, she saw a person sitting on the sofa...this person that has silver hair and doggy ears, and the one thing that always caught her...the one thing that she could look at for the rest of her life...those golden eyes...
"Kagome..." he whispered.
"Inu....Inuyasha..."
