This is it today is the day I get married the happiest day of my life,but I'm still wonderring if it is the happiest day of my life why I feel like there's a little doubt in my heart?It's been a year since we captured and finished the sacred Jewel I chose to stay in the Feudal Era because i felt that my life was here and the person I love is here.My mom said that she supported my decision because she knew that it was my destiny to go and live there.She supports me in my desicion to marry kouga even though I know she's not being completely honest i know she still wants me and Inu to be together, but I can't that was all in the past.
"Kagome honey are you almost ready"?asked Mrs.Hugarashi(sorry about the spelling)
"Yeah mom I'm almost done i'll be out in a little while"said Kagome
"Ok honey Sango is coming in she wants to talk to you for a little while"said Mrs.Hugarashi
"Ok mom"said kagome smiling as Sango walked in
"Hi Kagome"said Sango as she walked up to Kagome and gave a her a hug
"Hi"said Kagome smiling an returning the hug
"Kagome you're my best friend in the world and I still think that you are making a mistake going through with this but I'm your friend and I'll support you.You just don't look like you want to go through with it either"said Sango in a calm but worried voice
"Sango I'm not worried about going through with this besides I love Kouga with all my heart you know that"said Kagome
"Ok Kagome I trust you but I want to give you this"said Sango as she gave Kagome a stone that was shaped like a heart.
"This is called a destiny stone,when it is put next to the other heart that belongs with it or it's soulmate it will shine like the moon and that means that the owners of the rocks are soulmates"said Sango as she gave Kagome hers and Kouga's destiny stones
"Sango where did you get this"asked Kagome in awe of the stones
"There's a sacred place in the highest mountain peak of Feaudal Japan that has everyone's destiny stone"said Sango as she walked out
I shouldn't even use these I mean I know that me and Kouga belong together,but I guess it wouldn't hurt to know for sure.Kagome placed the hearts together
"Oh no this can't be true Kouga is not my soulmate this can't be happening"said Kagome as her voice filled with worry.
IN THE FOREST
"Inuyasha come on why won't you come to Kagome's wedding"asked Miroku
"I can't I won't be able to bear it it will be too painful to see the only person that I've ever truly loved married to one of my greatest enemies"said Inuyasha with sadness in his voice
"Well here I want to give you this it's a destiny stone the stone that matches with this one is the person that you're supposed to be with.If you want to know is you and Kagome belong together then come to the wedding you will find your answer there"said Miroku as he walked away
Inuyasha starred at the palm of his hand and starred at the stone and he thought to himself, the question isin't if I belong with Kagome it's if she belongs with me.Inuyasha smiled and started running towards the shrine in Kaede's village.
BACK AT THE SHRINE
You could hear the wedding music playing in the background as Kagome was being lead to altar by her grandfather.Kagome was looking at kouga and smiling yet in her heart she knew that this didn't feel right.
"Do you Kouga take this woman as your wife to love and to hold in sickness and in health for as long as you both shall live"asked Kaede
"I do" answered Kouga with a smile on his face
"Do you Kagome take this man as your husband to love and to hold in sickness and in health for as long as you both shall live"asked Kaede
"I" studerred Kagome
"I do" said Kagome with a half smile on her face
"If there are no objections I pron...." said Kaede as she was stopped in mid-sentence
"I object" said Inuyasha as he walked towards Kagome
"I'm sorry Kouga but we can't be together we are not soulmates" said Kagome looking at kouga sadly
"Don't worry I just want you to be happy" said kouga while caressing Kagome's cheeck
"Thank you" said Kagome as she hugged him with tears in her eyes
"There's someone waiting for you" smiled Kouga as he pointed at Inuyasha
Kagome ran to Inuyasha and jumped in his arms
"Do you know where the other half om my heart is"asked Inuyasha
Kagome pulled out her destiny stone and they put them together.Then a brilliant light engulfed the shrine for a couple of seconds.Inuyasha smiled
"I knew that it was with you because when you left you took half of my heart and left me only half of my self" he said as he starred deeply into her eyes
He brought his face closer to hers
"I Love you Kagome now and forever"he said as he pressed his lips on her and kissed her softly then his tounge caressed her lips looking for and entrance.Kagome saw that and parted her lips his tounge caressed the roof of her mouth and played with her tounge.They slowly parted
"I love you too Inuyasha"said Inuyasha out of breath
