As I'm caught by your mesmerizing eyes
I can't help but think of our past
All those happy times spent by your side

Overshadowed by grief and heartache

My shattered heart can't take the sight

When you run to another's side
And piercing my wounded soul once again
Asking others what I wish to hear
Now, as you look into my troubled heart
As if knowing my thoughts, you hold me close

Unbelieving and yet needing it to be true
Unsure of his actions, not knowing what to do
