Inuyasha looked deep into Kagome's eyes. He needed her, and she needed him. It all made sense to him now. She was the reason why he was so happy. She showed him everything, from how to laugh to how to love.

I'd become
comfortably numb
until you opened up my eyes

'It's now or never' he though. They had found all the shards, 3 long years, but it was worth it. The stone was still whole, they had not wished on it yet. But Inuyasha gave up on his old wish. He didn't want to become full demon. He only wanted to be full demon because he wanted to be better than his father. But that all changed 3 years ago when he met Kagome.

When everything's right

When no one else was looking

The ups and the downs and you still didn't leave

From the day that they met, until now, Kagome changed him. He was always treated as a misfit, heck, Kikyo rejected him. But Kagome didn't care. She was in love with him. She didn't care if he was a hanyou all that mattered to her was that he was himself.

So here we are
And that's pretty far

He was more sure about this than anything else in his life. He looked Kagome in the eye, and asked her the question that would break or heal his heart.

I was hiding
till you came along
and showed me where I belong

 

Kagome...”

“Yes Inuyasha?”

He took a breath in and said the most dangerous question in his life.

“Kagome will you... um... well, will you marry me. I love you”

He opened his eyes only to find Kagome crying, he didn't know if it was good or bad.

He waited for her answer.

“Of course Inuyasha, do you know how long I have waited for you to say that?”

Inuyasha blushed slightly. He got up and led Kagome to the river to watch the sun set. He looked at Kagome, he didn't need anything else, with Kagome, and he had nothing else he needed. He could not tell Kagome how happy he was, so instead, he kissed her. That one simple gesture of love meant everything to them. They deepened the kiss. He felt her hands in his hair, slowly reaching his ears. His hand roamed up her shirt. She accepted it and in return she felt him. They slowly fell on to the grass. He tried as hard as he could to not rip her clothes as he was trying to get them off. Kagome giggled and slowly took off his shirt, leaving his muscular chest for all to see. She slowly took off her top and bra while Inuyasha took off her skirt and underwear. He slowly laid on top of her. He suddenly felt something brush against his manhood. He knew it was Kagome. He slowly slid a finger into her. She responded immediately. She moaned. He knew she was ready.

“Kagome, are you ready?”

She nodded. He slowly slid into her. He got faster and faster until her got past her barrier. Kagome yelled his name, telling him to go faster. He responded. The felling was like something he had never felt before.

He slowly brushed his fangs against her shoulder and bit in. She was his now, they were one.

As the night slipped on, unknown to none, a new life was created, and growing.

Inuyasha and kagome snuggled up under Gonshibuku. So many memories were all held in Gonshibuku. Inuyasha and kagome were heading back, when suddenly, something popped into his head.

“oh no!”

“What Inuyasha?”

“Shippo will be able to smell us!!”

“So?”

“What are we going to tell the monk?”

They both thought of the reaction that Miroku would give. Both giggled at the sight of Miroku with a HUGE grin on his face.

“I guess we will have to tell him the truth” kagome said through giggles.

 

To Inuyasha it didn't matter what anyone else says. As long as he was with Kagome he was fine.
