In this chapter I'll start introducing the conversations in a different dialect. I'll provide a list of the codes at the end of the chapter. I hope you will enjoy breaking the codes to know what the characters are saying.

Flash Back: Chapter One

One afternoon, the residents of Hinata Sou had some unexpected visitors. The group then told Keitaro their business at Hinata; it turned out that they're hoping to stay at Hinata. But due to some circumstances, the group found out that it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than they try to stay at Hinata ^_^. To settle the problem quickly, Rem challenges Motoko in a duel to determine if they stay or not. The duel ended with Rem as the victor and so begins a new story at Hinata Sou.

" One ue!"

" Don't go!"

A young Motoko tries to run after a figure of a woman in a wedding dress.

She stumbles down and the figure slowly fades away. Motoko then starts to cry.

" One ue…sob…why?"

" Don't cry…"

Motoko looks up and saw a boy wearing a Japanese gi and sandals. He's carrying a Bo ken and stares at Motoko with sadness. The boy starts to reach for something in his pockets; he took a handkerchief and gives it to Motoko.

" You don't have to be sad… if you want I can be your big brother for a while"

" Huh?"

" I can't take the place of your sister but maybe…"

" You won't be sad because I will be with you…"

" Then you will just leave me alone too…"

" I won't…Promise…"

"Really?"

"Uh huh…"

The boy then reaches out to help Motoko up. Motoko reaches out too but before they touch hands Motoko wakes up with tears in her eyes. Motoko sits up after focusing her vision.

" A dream?"

Motoko stands up and reaches something in the closet. She took out a white handkerchief with cherry blossom patterns on one end.

" That boy…"

Hinata Living Room: ( 8:30 am)

Now the Hinata Sou have three new tenants and the girls still feel uneasy around the new tenants. Naru then tries to get to know them better and approaches Rem, who was busy writing something. While he sits at the sofa.

" Umm… excuse me…" Naru slowly approaches Rem

" Huh? Oh hi there" Rem looks at Naru then returned to what he is writing.

" Hello I was just wondering if I can talk to you." Naru smiled

" About what?" Rem stops writing and pays attention to Naru.

" Well nothing much but I just thought that if you guys are gonna stay here it would be nice if we to get to know you better."

" Oh, Okay…"

"My full name is Remiscaldi Shingora, I have two other brother and sister, my father is still alive but I don't see him much. My mother is staying at her family's place and I get don't see her much too. "

"Remiscaldi? That's really…" Naru raises an eyebrow and thinks

" Really weird?" Rem shot at Naru

" No! Not at all!" Naru tries not to offend Rem

"Hehe It's the name of my grand father on my mother's side, I was unfortunate to get this name hehe.

" Oh, that explains it."

" We are travelling the world to look for something, we just came from china and now here we are…"

" That's kinda far…"

" Yeah, You have something else to ask?"

" Oh, that'll be fine for now… Thank you"

" My pleasure…" Rem returns to what he is writing

Meanwhile Su walks at the back yard and sees Sato doing something. Curious she approaches Sato.

Hinata Back Yard: ( 10:15 am)

" Hmm? What are you doing? ^_^"

" Huh? Oh this? I'm scanning the grounds of Hinata using this scanner =^_^="

" What for? ^_^"

" I'm looking for a good spot to plant some vegetables =^_^="

Su looks at the device Sato is holding and was curious to examine it.

" Waah! This is neat! Can I see it? ^_^"

" Okay =^_^="

Sato hands Su the device and Su examined it with excitement.

" Wow where did you get this? ^_^"

" I made it myself =^_^="

"Really? You like making gadgets too? ^_^"

"Uh huh! =^_^="

" Then maybe we can do something cool together? ^_^"

" Of course! It'll be fun! =^_^="

" Okay then! Let's do something! ^_^"

"SURE! =^_^="

Sato and Su runs towards the Inn running past Shinobu. Shinobu just finished the laundry and goes to the kitchen to start cooking. She was startled to see Rem already there. He was already half done in cooking and the food looks like from a foreign land but it was prepared neatly and appetizing.

Kitchen: ( 10:30 am)

" Umm…" Shinobu tried to ask Rem and slowly approached him.

" Hmm? Yes?"

" Ano…excuse me but I should be the one cooking…"

" Don't worry I don't mind and I'm not trying to poison anybody."

" It's not that… It's just you are our visitors you should not be working here…"

" If that's the case I'll just be bored if I won't do anything…and one more thing we don't have to receive special treatment while we're here."

" Um… Okay…"

"Maybe we can switch turns in cooking for now on, is that okay with you?"

" O-of course…"

" Hmm you're the cook around here huh?"

" Uh yes"

" Shinobu right?"

"Hai"

" You're very talented, you already know how to cook at a very young age."

"Um…"

Shinobu blushed and lowers her head.

" You're husband will be proud to have you as a wife when you grow up I'm sure of that."

This compliment just made Shinobu blush even brighter.

" Haha… maybe you can help me finish cooking?"

" Okay!"

Rem and Shinobu then finishes cooking. The Aroma of the food filled the air and made everyone's mouth water. Exactly 12 o'clock everything was ready. Rem and Shinobu prepares the table and after a few minutes Lunch was ready.

" Better tell the others that lunch is ready."

"I'll go call them"

Shinobu runs towards the rooms to call everyone.

Before long everyone was now in the dining room except for Motoko and Yaite.

" Hmm… Motoko and Yaite are not here yet."

"Shinobu already found Motoko she'll be here any moment."

" I wonder where Yaite is…" Rem said

Shinobu went to Yaite's room and knocked at the door. There was no answer so Shinobu went inside. She finds Yaite sleeping on the chair and slowly approached him. As she gets closer she started to hear Yaite mumble in his dream.

" Sophia…fro?"

"Huh? What's he saying?"

Shinobu moves closer to wake him up but stopped when Yaite started talking again.

" Fro tet oui tea?"

" Yaite-San?"

"SOPHIA!"

Yaite suddenly shouts out and grabs Shinobu at the arm. Shinobu, surprised, was frozen and just stood there. With her face only inches from Yaite's, after a few seconds Yaite realizes where he is and let's go of Shinobu. Shinobu just fell on her knees as Yaite stares at her. Revealing Yaite's deep red eyes.

" You! Why are you here?"

Shinobu was speechless and was unable to answer Yaite. Yaite breathes heavily as he stands, after a few seconds he relaxed and asked Shinobu again.

"Why are you here?"

Yaite asked calmly this time.

" E-Everyone is at the dining room. Lunch is ready, Rem-San called for you so…"

Yaite helps Shinobu up and said.

" Next time knock on the door, if I don't answer just leave."

"Y-yes."

Yaite then heads outside and waited for Shinobu to come out and followed her to the dining room.

Dining Room: ( 12:00 nn)

Motoko came down shortly after Yaite and Shinobu and was surprised to see the unusual lunch.

" Huh? Wow Shinobu did all this?"

" Actually Rem did the cooking today so.."

Keitaro said, then Motoko's grin turned to a frown and walked out the dining room.

" Oi, Motoko-Chan!"

" I just lost my appetite!"

" Let her be…She's still mad about yesterday."

Rem stopped Keitaro from following Motoko.

" LET"S EAT! ^_^"

Sato shouts out.

Everyone then enjoyed the lunch that was prepared by Rem and Shinobu.

After Lunch Rem talked to Sato.

" Sato"

"Yeah? ^_^"

" Can you give this to Motoko?"

Rem gives Sato a bento with the same food everyone had for lunch.

"Eh? Well this is something new! ^_^"

"What?"

" Usually you don't cook for others, that's already odd but this is pretty unusual.

^_^"

"Heh, Just give it to her."

"YEP! I'm on it! ^_^"

"Sato"

"hm? ^_^"

" Drec ec naymmo faent uv sa ar?"

" Naymmo faent. ^_^"

After the conversation Sato took off to find Motoko and give her the packed lunch Rem prepared.

Shrine:( 1:15pm)

Motoko is at the shrine meditating. Thinking of the past battle and how she was defeated.

/ Unbelievable speed…/

/ He's not human /

/ I will defeat him! /

/I must! /

Her meditation was interrupted by a noise in the trees.

" Hm? Who's there?"

Motoko gets up and investigates the surroundings. She looks around and finds no one. She went back at her spot and found something there. She found a bento full of food.

" Who left this here?"

The food looked really good and she is very hungry. She decides to eat and sits down.

" Not bad… not bad at all."

/ Maybe they're not that bad…/

/ Maybe I over reacted? /

/ No way! /

Motoko stands up and walks towards Hinata.

/ Maybe I can have a new start /

She decides to end the dispute between her and Rem and looks for him. She can't find her inside Hinata and decides to look outside. While she is looking for Rem she hears a tune that was very familiar. She runs towards the sound, the sound leads her to the back yard of Hinata and she finds out where the sound came from. She sees Rem on the branch of a tree playing a flute. The tune he's playing was very familiar but she stopped to hear it more. Then she slowly approaches him and…

Back Yard: ( 2:33 pm)

" You…"

"Huh?"

Rem stops playing and looks at Motoko.

" You're…"

Both of them stare at each other and Rem waits for Motoko to speak.

I got these translations from a game I'm playing and I applied them here. I thought it would be fun to have this kind of writing. Just to commend the game it's Final Fantasy X or X-2.
