Fallen Angel

A shattered dream

A broken soul

This pain inside

Is all to real

These bleeding wings

Have faded to black

This smile is fake

No words can describe

How alone I feel

Why can't you see?

How alone I am

Do you even care?

I left you long ago

Locked inside myself

These empty tears

This shattered soul

I was once like you

Now I live in fear

Fear of death

Fear of life

Can't you see,

That there's no escape

I made my own web

And now I'm trapped in it

These words might not say much

They express what's left of me

The part you didn't touch

It's time to share my pain

For all to feel

Death will not hurt not for long

Give into the darkness

Don't try and be strong

Cower in the corner of your empty mind

Forget the light

Leave yourself behind

I'm taking you with me

To my own private Hell

Welcome home love

This is where we belong
