Parties

It was one of those stupid high school parties, the ones where it goes completely out of control. He didn't know why he'd come.

She was the reason he'd come.

And she was missing.

He opened a random door, hoping to get away from the crowds of people.

And there she was.

She looked at him for a brief second, bent over, and puked.

Vomit piled at the edge of the bed and he ran into the bathroom to find a bucket. She nodded thankfully as he twisted her hair behind her neck and offered to go find Will. She said no, no, no one should see her like this, and she hadn't meant to drink, but somehow she had and now she felt like poison in her gut.

He wet a rag and pressed it against her face as she let out another stream of bile.

When they left the room a few minutes later, she acted as if nothing had happened, and ran off to find Will.

It was just a normal high school party.
