Sorry for the lateness of this chapter I've had a lot going on. Thanks to my reviewers here and at ff. net it's kept me inspired.

Chapter 3

 

About a week later noise filled the Asakura residence as usual

 

“Ouch get it Yoh I can't hold Horo too much longer!” Jane yelled pinning Horohoro on the floor trying to get an egg out of his hands.

 

“I'M THE EGG KING!” yelled Horohoro taking his chance to run off with the egg.

 

“err… what are you doing?” asked Lyserg

 

“Trying to get the egg away from Horohoro before he gets to the backyard and without breaking it and if anyone breaks it they have to drink a raw egg come on!” Said Jane

 

Lyserg followed Jane out to the back door where Yoh had stopped Horohoro and was wrestling him for the egg.

 

“Quick Lyserg grab his Arms I'll grab his legs and Yoh can get the egg.” Said Jane

 

Just then the phone rang with a woman asking for Jane Tamao passed he the phone

 

“Hello and how did you find me?” Jane said

 

“This is Margaret Hues and Jane it's a long story.” Answered the woman

 

“Oh Margaret, is there an emergency?”

 

“Well, just that your father has been released from jail.” Answered Margaret

 

“No fucking way!” exclaimed Jane

 

“Well it seems the judge used to wok for your father's company, and you do need to tone down the cuss words.” Said Margaret

 

“Dose he know where I'm at?” asked Jane

 

“That we don't know but I can tell you that he caught a plane about an hour ago where to I don't know. I just thought I'd tell you.” Said Margaret

 

“Thanks and keep in touch bye.” Said Jane before she put he phone on the hook

 

“What's up?” asked Lyserg seeing the what the fuck look on Jane's face

 

“Oh nothing much just, fuck-wad got out of Jail.” Said Jane

 

“How could they let him out?” said Lyserg

 

“Margaret Hues, my lawyer said that the judge used to work for my dad.”

 

“Who fucked up England's justice system?” Said Lyserg

 

“No telling probably fuckers.” Said Jane

 

“yeah.” Said Lyserg

 

“Aren't you two worried?” said Manta

 

“Why people in England can't hear us say the justice system over there is fucked up.” Said Jane

 

“No I mean aren't you worried about your father being out of Jail?” said Manta

 

“I knew what you were talking about before, but why should I?” said Jane

 

“Because he's a murder.” Said Manta

 

“So Lyserg's a nut and I get along with him just fine.” Joked Jane giving Lyserg a friendly nudge

 

“Yes Jane but I prefer peanut.” Joked Lyserg

 

“Yeah, but I take it very seriously, but he's too stupid to find Me.” joked Jane once again

 

“Manta, you might as well give up I don't think Jane's gonna crack.” Said Yoh

 

“But seriously, I don't think he'll find me.” Jane just had the words out of her mouth when the phone rang. She answered “hello.” there was no answer until someone said “I know where you are.” Jane only answered “OH HELL NO YOU DON'T AND IF I EVER SEE YOUR ASS YOU BETTER PRAY TO GOD YOU'RE SIX FEET UNDER BECAUSE IF YOUR NOT YOU WILL BE YOU MOTHER FUCKER!” after yelling this Jane put the phone on the hook and said “The fucker knows where I am.”

 

“But how?” said Lyserg confused.

 

“I have no idea.” Said Jane finally starting to take the threat seriously

 

“I want to play ping pong with him.” Said Ren

 

“That'd be fun.” Said Horohoro

 

“Wow we agree on something.” said Ren

 

It was about eleven PM that night when Jane deiced she'd go to bed

 

“I think I will too I can't go on three hours sleep any longer.” Said Lyserg

 

Jane walked the her room and flopped on to her sleeping bag thingy (a/n the name is needed) Jane had no idea she was being watch until she heard the closet door creak open she quickly turned on the lights and seen none other than John Jackson Tarvered. “What the hell are you doing here?” asked Jane biting her tongue a bit so she was not to scream

 

“I have come for you.” Said John as he pulled out a knife

 

“Hell no.” said Jane

 

“Hell yes.” Said John

 

Jane backed herself until she hit the wall witch kind of made things worse because now she was cornered when she realized this the only thing she said was “aww, fuck.”

 

“You know your mom hated it when you cussed.” Said John “you could even say every time you cussed you were killing her.” He laughed

 

Jane gave no reply

 

“Oh so now I DON'T get a sassy comment.” He said “Rember, Jane?” he asked

 

“Rember what?” asked Jane

 

“How nobody in your family would take when I was sent to jail you were left to fend for your self? Your friend didn't look for you, you looked for him. Rember I'm all you'll ever have and I'm all you'll ever need.” He said before giving Jane a hard slap to the face

 

Jane was almost in tears all she could think was…

 

He's not right Lyserg didn't look for me only because he thought I hated himhe can't be right… is he?

 

“Are you listening Jane?” he asked

 

Just then Jane snapped out of her train of thought

 

“Don't you cry whatever you do!” snapped John as he raised his hand to not slap Jane but punch her. Jane closed her eyes and gritted her teeth; she didn't want to scream because she was afraid of what her father might do.

 

She waited for a hard punch…but nothing she slowly opened her eyes to see none other that Lyserg Diethel.

 

He had grabbed John's hand just before he could punch Jane Lyserg said “YOU will NOT ever treat her like that!”

 

“Oh if it isn't the home-wrecker. I bet you don't even know why I called you that. ” Said John

 

“I don't care.” Said Lyserg

 

Just then John busted in to mad laughter “Jane's mother always hated me having her lie about you dying but I think it was quite funny.”

 

“Funny?” Jane and Lyserg said at the same time

 

“Yes hilarious.” Came his reply

 

“You are one sick mother fucker.” Said Lyserg as he reached for Jane's hand and pulled her away from her father and closer to him

 

“What the hell's going on in here?” Said Ren as he walked in with his kawn dow

 

“we've got a visitor.” Said Lyserg

 

“Oh, really I love visitors.” Said Ren as he pointed his kawn dow at John's neck

 

“Anna, somebody call the cops.” Said Yoh after seeing what was going on

 

“If you speak I'll have all the rights to chop you in to bits.” Said Ren to John Ren seemed to be having a little too much fun taunting John. The police came over to arrest John witch remarkable wasn't as hard as they thought it would be, while John liked Taunting Jane and Lyserg he seemed scared of Ren.

 

“You, ok Jane?” asked Lyserg

 

“Yeah just fine.”

 

“You're bleeding.” Said Lyserg noticing Jane was bleeding a bit from where her father slapped her

 

“Oh it's nothing.”

 

“Why didn't you scream?” Lyserg asked

 

“n-no reason.”

 

“ma'am we need to know if you are pressing charges.” One of the cops asked Jane

 

“Yeah, attempted murder and attempted kidnapping.” Said Jane

 

“You should've slapped resisting arrest on there too.” Said Ren after the cops had left

 

“but uhh Ren he didn't do that.” said Chocolove

 

“Well, he didn't want to after I got done with him.” Said Ren smirking

 

“What did you do to him?” asked Jane with the slightest evil smile

 

“The master never reveals.” Said Ren

 

“Ren's mean.” Said Jane in a childish voice.

 

“Okay, I'm not staying in the same room with you alone.” Said Horohoro

 

“It's even worse for you Horohoro you might want to leave the room now.” Said Jane

 

“Ok I'm going to bed.” Said Anna

 

“Night Anna.” Said Yoh

 

“What a night.” Said Ryu

 

“Yeah.” Said Lyserg he seemed to be off in a daze thinking.

 

I knew Jane's dad was loony but I didn't think he was that loony.I wonder how long he's been like that could it be that he was like that since the murder or could he have been like that all along. I wonder why Jane avoids talking about him.I just doesn't make since.

 

“Lyserg!”

 

“What who where!” said Lyserg

 

“You fell asleep.” Said Jane

 

“Oh, I think I'll call it a night.” Said Lyserg

 

“Ok see you in the morning.” Said Jane

 

Lyserg left the room and could hear the chatter increase from the group

 

“I wonder what Jane's hiding, I herd what her dad said but I don't think he would have ever… but when we were watching TV the other day I did see those cuts on her leg… but like she said it's just from where she tripped when she was running from her house the night her father killed her mother.” Lyserg said this to him self, trying to convince him self Jane hadn't been lying.
