the pages are white once again,

the red rain slides without rest.

It bathes the alive ones,

therefore the dead men,

impartial judge in spite of everything.

It bathes the lost lovers in the shadow,

it bathes the friends abandoned in the mud,

it bathes the immortals on their fog thrones.

The red rain falls,

watering barren spirits,

drowning sandy eyes,

torturing smashed hearts.

Closed are the limpid eyes like the sky,

forgot in the abyss the amethyst ones,

lost are the twins with the just blood,

still alone those encased in the stone.

The red rain falls.

It falls.

But the flame eyes will remain to watch.
