<b>Sonic Underground Ep 2: Getting to Know You</b>
Note: Instead of using the monk from the SU series, I think there will be a bit of a twist in this version of Ep 2.
Story:
<b>Aleena: </b>(<i>narrating</i>)<b> <i>Now that Robotnik had identified my children, he would not rest until he found them.</i></b>
Inside Robotnik's HQ, Robotnik turned to the robots & bounty hunters as the image of three familiar hedgehogs, a familiar rabbit, and a familiar chao lit the screen.
<b>Robotnik: Find those hedgehogs accompanied with that rabbit & chao </b>(<i>glares</i>)<b> or you'll get to inspect my prison, personally!</b>
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>confused</i>)<b> Three little hedgehogs? I still don't understand, sir. What could they possibl-</b>
He was interupted when Decoe elbowed him.
<b>Decoe: Do not speak when he speaks.</b>
The wolf Anime glared at the robot as Robotnik walked towards the wolf & dingo with a frustrated look on his face.
<b>Robotnik: </b>(<i>grabs Sleet by the neck</i>)<b> Queen Aleena's brats <i>can</i> destroy everything! </b>(<i>releases him</i>)<b> Find them!</b>
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>bows</i>)<b> Yes, your grace, leave it to us sir.</b>
The wolf glared as the human left while Dingo looked at Sonia's picture and was about to daydream.
<b>Dingo: </b>(<i>dazed</i>)<b> Wow...never met or seen anyone like her...</b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>it must've been so long since I've been hunting down that "Bat Squirrel" as well as bounty hunt, that I kinda forgot how long I needed someone...so beautiful as her.</i></b>
<b>Robots: </b>(<i>slap their foreheads</i>)<b> Oh brother!</b>
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>slaps Dingo at the back of his head</i>)<b> What are you doing, you oaf?</b>
<b>Dingo: </b>(<i>points to the picture</i>)<b> She's pretty...</b>
The three looked at each other, then back at Dingo as Sleet shook his head.
<b>Sleet: And you're ugly, now let's get to work.</b>
The group nodded as they began to search for the five fugitives while Dingo sweatdrop. Meanwhile, somewhere in Robotropolis, in what looked like an old abandoned factory, Cream & Sonia's screams were heard. Inside, Sonic & Manic heard the screams as Sonic rushes towards them with Manic following.
<b>Sonia & Cream: </b>(<i>holding each other</i>)<b> Get it away from me!</b>
<b>Sonic: What? What is it, girls?</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>scared</i>)<b> Under the bed! Get it out! Get it out!</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>confused</i>)<b> Get what?</b>
Sonic lifted the covers as a mouse came out of the bed.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>hides behind Cheese</i>)<b> Yipe!</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>sweatdrops</i>)<b> A mouse?! </b>(<i>glances</i>)<b> Every force in Robotropolis is on our butts and you're both wigging out over a mouse?</b>
<b>Sonic & Manic: </b>(<i>glance at each other</i>)<b> We're in trouble.</b>
The two were about to leave when Sonia spoke.
<b>Sonia: Wait, do you have a maid? I like my breakfast.</b>
<b>Sonic & Manic: </b>(<i>looks at each other with a smirk</i>)<b> Definately trouble...</b>
Cream looked a bit confused about what they said.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>What do they mean?</i></b>
Cream then noticed a small book on the floor, left by an original citizen before Robotnik's takeover. She picked it up while Sonic & Manic were giving out some rules about being in a member of the resistance known as the Freedom Fighters. She opened it and both her & Cheese were amazed at what was written on it.
<b>Cream & Cheese: Wow...</b>
A little later on, inside a ship, the computer's scanners had picked up five objects.
<b>Sleet: Ooh, we've got them now.</b>
<b>Dingo: So, now do we call Robotnik?</b>
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>Chibi smirks</i>)<b> To catch three little hedgehogs? I'd doubt it.</b>
Sleet pulled the lever as the ship outside was heading towards the location. Back in the hideout, Cream was becoming more and more interested as she read more of the book.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>"The original Council of Four rumor was that one of the members was a creature of the night called a Nosferatu aka a vampire. And one of the reasons that they and the eight guardians that protected him broke up was when one of the guardians was arguing with the leader guardian about not outlawing guns." Interesting...maybe I can get Mama and Bunnie to read this when I find them.</i></b>
She looked up at the three hedgehogs & chao reading the map as Sonia spoke.
<b>Sonia: North through the marsh of Melador and into the Badlands. </b>(<i>looks disgusted</i>)<b> Ewww, gross!</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>crosses his arms</i>)<b> So where the heck do we wind up at?</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>points to the location</i>)<b> Right here at Weslock.</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>looks at the map</i>)<b> Isn't a few miles across from Windy?</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>Anime narrows</i>)<b> Do we <i>have</i> to bring this kid along, too?</b>
Sonic rolled his eyes as he ignored his remark about Cream & Cheese.
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>puts on a backpack</i>)<b> Anyway, wherever Weslock is, we gotta get out of here and fast!</b>
He tossed two backpacks to Cream & Manic as Sonia spoke.
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>shocked</i>)<b> Now? But I can't leave! Not without my matched luggage and some new clothes.</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>tosses her a backpack</i>)<b> Sorry, this is <i>all</i> you're getting!</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>looks at the backpack</i>)<b> Does this come in purple?</b>
Sonic was about to head out, but Manic began to speak.
<b>Manic: Hey, man, why the speed?</b>
They then heard a series of banging on the doors.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>Anime glances</i>)<b> <i>That's</i> why!</b>
Then, the Swatbot burst through the door as it began to hunt the five.
<b>Swatbot: <i>Priority One - Hedgehogs!</i></b>
The Swatbot aimed and fired at the group. The group gasped as they dodged the lasers, but not before one hit Cream's arm, spilling a bit of blood.
<b>Cream: Ow!</b>
It wasn't much of a cut as Sonic spoke.
<b>Sonic: Get in the basement and take Cream with you. </b>(<i>looks at the bot</i>)<b> I'll hold it off.</b>
The two ran off as Sonia held the rabbit carefully.
<b>Sonia: Are you okay, Cream?</b>
<b>Cream: I...hope so...</b>
<b>Cheese: </b>(<i>looks worried</i>)<b> Chao.</b>
The robot walked up to Sonic and tossed Sonic to the wall. He coughed some blood as he glared.
<b>Sonic: Phew! This is <i>not</i> a good start!</b>
The Swatbot headed to the blue hedgehog as the four looked back while at the opening.
<b>Manic: You both go ahead, I'll get the bot's attention!</b>
He ran up to the robot & was behind it as the green hedgehog cursed at him.
<b>Manic: Hey, son of a bitch!</b>
The robot turned and picked Manic up as he just smirked.
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>sweatdrops</i>)<b> Gah!</b>
<b>Sonic: Oh, nice diversion, bro.</b>
Manic grunted as he tried to move himself from the Swatbot's grip. Outside, Sleet & Dingo were becoming impatient from waiting.
<b>Sleet: This is taking too long. </b>(<i>shoves Dingo</i>)<b> Go in and help those metalheads! Go!</b>
<b>Dingo: </b>(<i>scratches his head</i>)<b> You mean... through the door there?</b>
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>sarcastically</i>)<b> No, through the wall, genius!</b>
<b>Dingo: Okie-dokie!</b>
Dingo literally ran through the wall as Sleet slapped his forehead.
<b>Sleet: He's even worse than that bastard...</b>
Inside, Sonia, Cream, and Cheese were backing away from Dingo as he growled at the three. Cheese was desperate to protect the two girls as he tried to block Dingo's way.
<b>Cheese: Chao, chao chao!</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>shocked</i>)<b> Cheese, no!</b>
Dingo was about to attack, but then his emotions took over as he became a lovesick dingo once more. Sonia, Cream, and Cheese closed their eyes, hoping not to see the damage they've taken. Back with Manic & Sonic, Manic was still having a bit of trouble with the Swatbot as it with the hedgehog was about to walk off with it.
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>narrows</i>)<b> Not so fast, not so fast, metal-mouth!</b>
Sonic leapt onto the robot's head. Unfortunately, when the blue hedgehog held onto it, the robot's head spun fast with him, still holding the head.
<b>Sonic: Whoa, Manic! Control panel in arm! Shut it off!</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>grunting as he struggles</i>)<b> Come on, come on!</b>
His arm finally pulled free as he smiled.
<b>Manic: There!</b>
He pressed many buttons on the arm as the Swatbot's head spun slower and slower until it finally shut down, although Sonic was a bit dizzy.
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>jumps down</i>)<b> Phew! Thanks dude!</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>jumps down</i>)<b> No problemo! Let's grab Sonia, Cream, & Cheese and blast out of here!</b>
Back with the girls, the two and chao still backed away as Sonia got an idea.
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>to Cream</i>)<b> I have an idea, Cream. But don't give out what I'm actually gonna do, got it?</b>
She nodded as the pink hedgehog turned back to Dingo.
<b>Sonia: Oh I'd <i>love</i> to go out with you and meet Dr Robotnik. </b>(<i>sedusing him</i>)<b> But before that, would you be a sweetheart and get my coat for me?</b>
<b>Dingo: </b>(<i>nodding</i>)<b> Oh yeah, sure! Sure!</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>points to the basement</i>)<b> It's right in there...</b>
Dingo walked closely to the basement, but before he could actually find the coat, Sonia pushed Dingo towards the basement, letting the luckless dingo fall down the stairs. The two slammed the door as they both high-fived each other, but not before forgetting the pain.
<b>Cream: Ow!</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>wraps her arm in bandage</i>)<b> Sorry, I forgot about the shot.</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>smiles</i>)<b> It's okay, Sonia.</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>dashes in with Manic</i>)<b> Sonia! You and Cream okay?</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>sticks her thumb up</i>)<b> Yep, okie-dokie!</b>
<b>Sonia: Thanks to us, a bad guy is out of commission, </b>(<i>points to the basement</i>)<b> down there. Isn't that great?</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>glares</i>)<b> Well that was our escape route!</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>shocked</i>)<b> Uh oh...</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>sees the giant hole</i>)<b> But luckily the bad guys gave us another one...</b>
<b>Sleet's Voice: <i>Which, unfortunately, you won't be able to use!</i></b>
Sleet came in as he pointed a gun towards the five.
<b>Sleet: Move back, move back please. </b>(<i>walks in</i>)<b> I'm afraid that you'll all have to come with me...</b>(<i>looks at the rabbit</i>)<b> which is quite unfortunate for someone your age.</b>
Cream gulped a bit. The group backed away as Sleet was near the basement door.
<b>Sleet: I kinda pity children...I was an orphan once-</b>
Dingo then came from the basement, slamming the door onto Sleet's face, without noticing.
<b>Dingo: I couldn't find your coat, Sonia. </b>(<i>sees the five together</i>)<b> Huh?</b>
Sonic then looked at the four.
<b>Sonic: Time for Plan B!</b>
<b>Manic: What's that?</b>
<b>Sonic: Same as Plan A: the basement!</b>
Sonic grabbed the four as they headed towards the basement as Dingo looked more confused, but a bit sad about watching Sonia disappear.
<b>Dingo: </b>(<i>watching from the basement door</i>)<b> Bye, Sonia...</b>
Back with Sonic's group, the five looked around as they were now in the sewer. Cream took out the same book and kept on reading it while Sonia looked disgusted on the slime that got on her shoes.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>"The original member of the Council of Four were named Queen Aleena, King Andrix, Queen Deliah, and Count Batula while the names of the guardians were Rico Rodriguez, Holmes Wolf, Amadeus Prower, Courage Acorn, Locke Echidna, Rosemary Prower, King Acorn himself, and Vanilla the Rabbit?" Vanilla? But that's my mama's name? Why would she be a member of the guardians?</i></b>
The pink hedgehog looked disgusted as she spoke.
<b>Sonia: I'm <i>never</i> setting foot in a sewer again! It's dirty, smelly, disgusting, and crappy!</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>glances</i>)<b> Hey, <i>that's</i> my home you're talking about, princess.</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>shocked</i>)<b> You, <i>actually</i> live in the sewers?</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>looks disgusted</i>)<b> I'd be icky too if I <i>had</i> to live in the sewers instead of Knothole or Sonic's place.</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>walking onward</i>)<b> Oh sorry your ladyship; next time we'll get you a carriage!</b>
Sonic then saw the outside of the tunnel as he turned to the four.
<b>Sonic: Now, where's the scroll?</b>
Sonia held on to Manic as she & Cream followed.
<b>Sonic: I'm waiting...</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>as he walks up to him</i>) <b>Yeah, so?</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>to Manic</i>)<b> It's just that it's sooo yucky.</b>
Once the five reached outside, they were now outside Robotropolis as Sonic became a bit impatient.
<b>Sonic: Ahem, the scroll?</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>looks at them</i>)<b> What happened to the scroll?</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>sighs</i>)<b> Problem: it got torched. What's left of it is back at the safehouse.</b>
<b>Sonic: Crap! Then we've got to go back for it before those guys find it.</b>
Sonia, looking at the sewers, offered a different suggestion.
<b>Sonia: No we don't. </b>(<i>is grabbed by him</i>)<b> Hey, let go!</b>
Sonic pulled her back into the sewer water as he spoke.
<b>Sonic: Sorry, but we've gotta go back.</b>
She looked disgusted as Manic spoke.
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>mockingly</i>)<b> What's the matter, is the Duchess <i>afraid</i> to get her feet dirty?</b>
The green hedgehog jumped into the sewer water, making Sonia & Sonic dirty with the splashes.
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>anger mark</i>)<b> If you'd let me finish... we've got the scroll! </b>(<i>points to her head</i>)<b> Right here, I have a photographic memory.</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>impressed</i>)<b> Wow...</b>
<b>Sonic: Photographic memory?</b>
<b>Manic: Ooh!</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>glares</i>)<b> Oh give me a break!</b>
She crossed her arms & turned from the two hedgehogs as the brothers laughed with each other.
<b>Both: Cheese! Hahahahahaha!</b>
Back at Robotnik's HQ, Sleet & Dingo looked exhausted as the wolf spoke.
<b>Sleet: Forgive us, sire, but the hedgehogs got away.</b>
<b>Robotnik: </b>(<i>angrily</i>)<b> And you call yourselves bounty hunters! You're worse than that stupid bounty hunter who helped those Freedom Fighters.</b>
<b>Dingo: You mean Nack?</b>
He elbowed the dingo as he glared.
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>Anime glares</i>)<b> Dingo, for the last time, don't mention that name!</b>
He then looked at Robotnik as he took out a scroll.
<b>Sleet: Sir, we found this!</b>
<b>Robotnik: What is it?</b>
<b>Sleet: A map, sir, I think I know where they're going!</b>
Then another call interupted as Bocoe & Decoe appeared in another screen with two rabbits.
<b>Bocoe: Sire, we have two of the Freedom Fighters: Bunnie & her mother, Vanilla.</b>
<b>Decoe: What should we do with them?</b>
<b>Robotnik: Leave them in their cells for now, cause I have a map to scan, and a little rabbit to capture.</b>
The younger rabbit, Bunnie gasped at what she heard as she looked down.
<b>Bunnie: </b>(<i>Southern accent</i>)<b> Cream...wherever y'all are, I hope you're safe.</b>
(<i>Flip Card: Manic the Hedgehog</i>)
(<i>Flip Card: Vanilla the Rabbit</i>)
(<i>Few Days Later</i>)
Somewhere in Mobius, the group continued to search for Weslock. Manic then heard a noise.
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>gasps</i>)<b> What was that?</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>sarcastically</i>)<b> It's a bird, just like the bird yesterday, <i>and</i> the bird the day before. Sheesh!</b>
<b>Manic: Hey, I'm a city boy okay?</b>
Manic just walked up and headed to the four. He took out some bread and gave it to each of them.
<b>Cream: Thanks, Manic.</b>
<b>Cheese: Chao!</b>
Sonia, however, was a bit disappointed.
<b>Sonia: More bread? </b>(<i>sarcastically</i>)<b> How gourmet. </b>(<i>as she recieves her bread</i>)<b> So what did you do in the city, Manic?</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>as he eats</i>)<b> I was er... in the family business. We... er... move things.</b>
Sonic didn't look like he trusted Manic's words, however.
<b>Sonia: Like import-export?</b>
<b>Cream: Maybe you're probably from some sort of mafia gang, like the one in Windy.</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>Anime glares</i>)<b> You mean that fat jerk, Don Weazo? Why the hell...uh, I mean heck would you think that?</b>
<b>Cream: I kinda heard a rumor about the weasel that was hired here last year and thought he and the boy were connected.</b>
<b>Cheese: </b>(<i>looks at her</i>)<b> Chao.</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>walks up to Manic</i>)<b> I believe, Manic, that you're a thief!</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>shocked</i>)<b> A thief? Oh my freakin' god!</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>surprised</i>)<b> How did you know?</b>
<b>Sonic: Resistance! We gotta know about everybody!</b>
Sonic, Cream, and Cheese headed towards the other direction while Sonia looked a little shocked.
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>chuckles</i>)<b> Hey, don't worry, Princess, I don't steal from my family.</b>
<b>Sonia: Oh, I-I-I didn't mean-</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>interupts</i>)<b> We were all born with silver spoons in our mouths, Sonia. You just got to keep yours!</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>smirks</i>)<b> Yeah, I had to steal mine.</b>
The two laughed while Sonia looked a bit frustrated. Cream & Cheese, however, were looking at another direction.
<b>Cream: Come on, Mr. & Miss Hedgehogs, we've got a long way to go!</b>
The hedgehogs picked up their backpacks and were about to head out until a figure appeared, swinging from the vines.
<b>Figure: Not all that far!</b>
Sonic turned around and saw the figure.
<b>Sonic: Huh? Who are you?</b>
<b>Figure: I am Gondar, sent by the Oracle of Deluphis. I am here to train you.</b>
<b>Sonic: Whoa, that's perfect, 'cause we're here to be trained!</b>
Gondar laughed as Sonic smirked. A little later, somewhere at the forest, Gondar was giving the hedgehogs, rabbit, and chao a little bit of training, starting with the punches.
<b>Gondar (Figure): Left! Right! Left! Right!</b>
Sonic was having a good time, training with the physical combat while Sonia, Manic, Cream, and Cheese looked tired.
<b>Sonia: Couldn't training start at a more <i>reasonable</i> hour?</b>
<b>Manic: You got that right, I'm used to coming home around now!</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>sweatdrops</i>)<b> And my sister always played with me at this time of hour when we're <i>not</i> fighting Robotnik.</b>
<b>Gondar: </b>(<i>turns to them</i>)<b> Here you will develop your natural abilities, and find talents hidden deep within you!</b>
Sonic speeded from one side of the area, to the other, then to the group.
<b>Sonic: Could we get this show on the road <i>while</i> I'm still young?</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>sarcastically</i>)<b> Wow, wouldn't it be ironic if your hidden talent was patience?</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>anger mark</i>)<b> What makes you say that?</b>
The two glared at each other as Gondar spoke.
<b>Gondar: I think now is a good time to start. </b>(<i>to Cream</i>)<b> Young lady, would you like to join us or read more of that Milk War book?</b>
Cream sighed as she put her book down as Cheese held onto it.
<b>Cream: I'm ready.</b>
A bit later, the group began to train for one of the talents. Sonic was then ready to try to spin.
<b>Gondar's Voice: <i>Once more, Sonic.</i></b>
As Sonic spun more and more, Gondar spoke.
<b>Gondar's Voice: <i>Focus! Concentrate! Now, a little faster!</i></b>
As he spun faster, the group watched in amazement.
<b>Gondar: Good! Good! Now, faster! Balance Sonic, balance.</b>
As Sonic was trying to spin faster, he was heading towards the tree.
<b>Sonic: I'm trying! I'm trying!</b>
He then hit the tree and fell down. When the smoke cleared, Sonic was covered in dirt.
<b>Gondar: </b>(<i>turns to Sonia</i>)<b> You see how important it is to keep your balance Sonia?</b>
<b>Sonia: Absolutely! Otherwise you get <i>really dirty</i>!</b>
<b>Gondar: Ah, yes. Well, let's get started. </b>(<i>as Sonic gets up and begins to look like he's jogging</i>)<b> First, speed. Sonic, </b>(<i>points to the mountain</i>)<b> see the tallest tree on the mountain over there?</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>sees it</i>)<b> Yeah, and?</b>
<b>Gondar: Go to that tree! </b>(<i>holds a rock</i>)<b> When I drop this rock, catch it before it hits the ground.</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>smirks</i>)<b> No problemo!</b>
He ran from Gondar to the tree quickly.
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>from far away</i>)<b> Ready!</b>
Gondar dropped the rock as Sonic rushed towards it to get it, but he went too fast as he passed the rock & hit the tree.
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>dizzily/eye swirls</i>)<b> Next time...I'll get it next time...</b>
As time was passing, Sonic, Manic, and Sonia continued to train themselves with Gondar, trying and trying again with every test until they could get it right, from a Super Twirl, to drumstick throwing, to catching the rock as fast as one could. While they were doing that, Cream was reading the last of the Milk Wars book.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>"At the end of the Milk Wars, the council and its guardians surrounded Robotnik and the evil Panther King. After finding out who really caused the whole war, the two were banished from the kingdom of Weaselopolis, both swearing their revenge as both Sir Charles and the Weasel King's plans of the Roboticiser were stolen from them. <b>Cheese: Chao...</b>
She closed the book as she saw Sonia breaking the woods that were held by Sonic, Manic, and Gondar in two with her flying kick. A bit later, Manic threw his drumstick at the tree as it spun around & around until Manic caught it & threw it at the dartboard, hitting the bullseye.
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>smirks</i>)<b> Happening!</b>
Gondar looked proudly at him. Then, Cream was flying with her long ears, as she landed next to Cheese, holding a board. She spun around as her ears hit the board, breaking it in two.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>smiles</i>)<b> All right!</b>
<b>Cheese: </b>(<i>proudly</i>)<b> Chao!</b>
Gondar looked proudly at her & the chao. Then, Sonic rushed toward the rock again, only that time, he caught the rock with success.
<b>Sonic: Yes!</b>
Then, Sonia used her Super Twirl to lift up the rock. She then threw it elsewhere, smashing it in two.
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>as she stops spinning</i>)<b> Yes!</b>
The five cheered for the pink hedgehog.
<b>Sonic: Go, sis!</b>
<b>Manic: Well done!</b>
<b>Cream: Way to go!</b>
Gondar looked proudly at each of them and how much they trained. Back in Robotropolis, in Robotnik's HQ, Bunnie & Vanilla were held inside the room while Robotnik finished analyzing the map fragments.
<b>Vanilla: </b>(<i>looks at Robotnik cautiously</i>)<b> What are you going to do to us, you fiend?</b>
<b>Bunnie: If I was untied right 'bout now, I'd show you what fo', ya fat bastard!</b>
<b>Robotnik: </b>(<i>Anime glares</i>)<b> Don't make me force to kill you, Rabbit Girl!</b>
He then turned to the map fragments as he looked at the location.
<b>Robotnik: If this location is anywhere on the planet, it will show up here!</b>
The location was then shown on the screen as Robotnik smirks. As he spoke, he turned to the robots & bounty hunters.
<b>Robotnik: Excellent! Let's see what kind of bounty hunters you really are! Take the two robots with you, then take my command ship and a full detachment! Get me those hedgehogs!</b>
<b>Bunnie: </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>Hope Sugah Hog will be okay...</i></b>
Back in the forest, Sonic speeded away from Gondar as Cream & Cheese flew to follow the hedgehog.
<b>Gondar: Now you, Sonia.</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>looks at him</i>)<b> Back in a few.</b>
She spun away from the last two remaining on the battle ground.
<b>Gondar: </b>(<i>looks at him</i>)<b> Manic?</b>
<b>Manic: I've been thinking: maybe they could do better without me, I mean Sonia can twirl, Sonic can run fast, Cream & Cheese can fly, and...</b>
As he spoke, the two looked at the four that were having fun with their talents.
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>sighs</i>)<b> Well, my talents just...don't exactly measure up.</b>
<b>Gondar: </b>(<i>places his hand on Manic's shoulder</i>)<b> Leaving would be a mistake, young friend. Soon, you'll find a talent that has been hidden. Use it to help your cause.</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>smiles</i>)<b> Really? What is it?</b>
<b>Gondar: <i>When</i> the time comes, you will know.</b>
Sonic, Cream, Cheese, and Sonia arrived to Gondar & Manic as the blue hedgehog spoke.

<b>Sonia: More spins?</b>
<b>Cream: Maybe more flying lessons.</b>

Gondar heard a noise, and hushed them before they could say more.
<b>Gondar: Shh!</b>
The five looked around as Sonic looked a bit more confused.
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>confused</i>)<b> I don't hear anything.</b>
<b>Gondar: </b>(<i>looking serious</i>)<b> Ships, approaching fast.</b>
Inside the ship, Bocoe & Decoe were analyzing the area as the yellow robot spoke.
<b>Bocoe: I believe we've found them and will approach there immediately.</b>
<b>Decoe: Yes, in one minute prescise, boys.</b>
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>smirks</i>)<b> Excellent. Say goodbye, hedgehog brats! </b>(<i>as the ships approach the forest</i>)<b> You're about to take a one-way ride on the Sleet Express!</b>
<b>Bocoe: </b>(<i>shocked</i>)<b> Sleet Express? </b>(<i>slaps his forehead/sweatdrops</i>)<b> God that is so lame!</b>
Down below, the group was shocked when they saw the ships coming towards them.
<b>Sonic: Robuttnik's ships!</b>
<b>Sleet's Voice: </b>(<i>from one of the ships</i>)<b> <i>Surrender, hedgehogs! You have 10 seconds!</i></b>

Manic gasped as the group looked at the ships coming towards them as one fired. The group backed away as Sleet's voice came out again.
<b>Sleet's Voice: <i>Five seconds, hedgehogs!</i></b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>angrily</i>)<b> I'll show him five seconds!</b>
As the ships fired more, Sonic glared at the ship angrily.
<b>Sonic: Robuttnik's ships are gonna destroy your forest!</b>
<b>Gondar: Obviously you haven't heard about our trees...</b>
Back inside the ship, Sleet was becoming a bit impatient.
<b>Sleet: Well, they can run, but they can't hide.</b>
<b>Dingo, Bocoe, & Decoe: Yeah!</b>
Sleet pressed the communicator to contact the ships.
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>to the communicator</i>)<b> All ships, destroy this place, I'll snatch the hedgehogs.</b>
The ships headed towards the forest as Sonia held onto Cream.
<b>Cream: He's gonna kill us!</b>
<b>Gondar: Not today! </b>(<i>points to the trees</i>)<b> Watch...</b>
The trees then sprayed something on the approaching ships, causing them to lose control and crash. Sleet's was next to be sprayed with the goop.
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>sweatdrops</i>)<b> I can't see! </b>(<i>pushes the emergency button</i>)<b> Pull up, pull up!</b>
The ship then started to fly away from the forest.
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>amazed</i>)<b> Amazing.</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>impressed</i>)<b> Cool!</b>
<b>Gondar: Time for you to go! </b>(<i>hands them the scroll</i>)<b> Use the scroll!</b>
<b>Sonia: Is it a map?</b>
<b>Gondar: In a matter of speaking.</b>
As Sonia opened the map, the five were then absorbed by a bright light.
<b>All: Ahh!</b>
At a place called "The Land of the Clouds", where a temple floated, a hooded monk approached what looked like a stone carving of Aleena with a figure that had some dust on it's head. Then the five appeared instantly in front of the monk. The monk looked carefully at the five as Sonic spoke.
<b>Sonic: Hi, guy!</b>
The five got up as the monk turned its back to them as it headed back to the temple.
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>points to the monk</i>)<b> Should we follow him?</b>
The monk turned around and nodded a bit. It then headed inside the temple as Sonic looked a bit concerned. Then he was shocked when some people & the monk headed up the stairs. The four began to follow the monk as Cream looked at one of the drawings on the floor, the same one the monk was looking at.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>There's someone with Mrs. Aleena. Is it her husband or that guy she's suppose to truly love?</i></b>
She shook it off as she followed the hedgehogs & her chao. Inside the temple, the monk lead the group to an empty room as Sonia looked a bit surprised.
<b>Sonia: How...uncluttered!</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>looks around</i>)<b> Easy to clean. </b>(<i>to the monk</i>)<b> So, you talk or what?</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>elbows him</i>)<b> Sonic, he's a monk.</b>
<b>Monk: </b>(<i>femmine voice</i>)<b> I do speak, and I'm a girl!</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>Anime shocked</i>)<b> A girl monk!? How's <i>that</i> even possible?</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>glances</i>)<b> Manic!</b>
She then pointed to the medallions with her gloved hand.
<b>Monk: The medallions you wear; they're a source of great power.</b>
That was when she rose her arms up as the hedgehogs' medallions glowed.
<b>All: Huh?</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>as she looks at her medallion</i>)<b> Just like the night we met at the club.</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>looks down</i>)<b> Don't remind me...</b>
<b>Monk: But in order to use it, you have to find the harmony within yourselves.</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>crosses his arms</i>)<b> Hmm...you mind gettin' to the point bud, what kind of power?</b>
<b>Manic: Chill, Sonic, listen to her!</b>
<b>Monk: </b>(<i>as her hands glow</i>)<b> The first power is very simple; the power of music.</b>
She shot a beam of light into the three medallions. The three gasped as the light faded.
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>concerned</i>)<b> What was that?</b>
<b>Monk: </b>(<i>smirks</i>)<b> Touch your medallions, silly. You first, blue boy.</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>Something about this girl...is familiar...</i></b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>touches his medallion</i>)<b> No problemo!</b>
Sonic touched his medallion and it became an electric guitar with part of it looking like a hedgehog. Sonia & Manic touched their medallions and the medallions became a drum and a bass keyboard.
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>playing the guitar</i>)<b> Amazing.</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>playing the keyboard</i>)<b> It's beautiful.</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>playing the drums</i>)<b> Crashin'!</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>surprised</i>)<b> Cool! </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>Just like the original council & guardians...</i></b>
<b>Monk: They have other uses as well, </b>(<i>hands glowing again</i>)<b> but that's <i>only</i> if you guys work together in harmony.</b>
The three hedgehogs disappeared as Cream looked shocked.
<b>Monk: Your first test begins now!</b>
At an unknown area, in an ally, Sonic, Manic, and Sonia were teleported towards the ally.
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>noticing</i>)<b> Where are Cream & Cheese?</b>
Then the monster appeared, advancing at them.
<b>All: Ahhh!</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>to Sonia</i>)<b> Former boyfriend?</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>sarcastically</i>)<b> Very funny. </b>(<i>normal tone</i>)<b> What should we do now?</b>
<b>Sonic: I'll knock him out with a Super Spin! Spin n Win time!</b>
Sonic speeded towards the monster as the monster kept on trying to catch Sonic. Sonia was just scared as Manic saw a lock.
<b>Manic: Hey, I know this lock!</b>
The green hedgehog used a lockpick to try to open the lock as Sonia shouted.
<b>Sonia: Wait, Sonic!</b>
As Manic escaped, Sonic was struggling with the monster as he was grabbed & about to be eaten.
<b>Sonic: Ahh!</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>shocked</i>)<b> No!</b>
She tried to use her Super Twirl at the monster, but the monster just picked her up too. The monster was about to eat them when they both screamed.
<b>Both: AHHH!!</b>
That was when a light absorbed the scene and the three hedgehogs were back with the monk, Cream, and Cheese.
<b>Cream: What happened?</b>
<b>Monk: They have failed the first test, therefore, there won't be anymore training.</b>
The group looked down as she spoke.
<b>Monk: Sorry, your hearts were good, and were in the right place, </b>(<i>looks at Sonia</i>)<b> but unfortunately you used bad judgement. </b>(<i>looks at Manic</i>)<b> Your actions were correct, yet had you guys worked together, </b>(<i>looks at Sonic</i>)<b> your escape would've been a simple one.</b>
Sonic then went up to the female monk as he spoke.
<b>Sonic: It was my fault, I got us all killed.</b>
<b>Monk: </b>(<i>sighs</i>)<b> Yes, your impulsiveness, your rash actions, and your inability to work as a team: They'll be your undoings and may perhaps cause the end of the ones you care most, including a future ally.</b>
Cream then looked angrily at her and slapped her.
<b>Cream: Wait a minute, ma'am, Mr. Sonic may be impatient and impulsive at times, but I know he's braver than anyone I've ever met. I oughta know, Cheese & I usually see him on his missions.</b>
<b>Sonia: That's right, and he risked his life for all of us!</b>
<b>Monk: </b>(<i>glances</i>)<b> It's not about bravery, and how <i>dare</i> you slap a monk!</b>
<b>Manic: Hey, you're talking about one of the best Freedom Fighters! He saved my ass a few times and if you ask me, we don't need your damn training!</b>
The monk smirked as she giggled.
<b>Monk: You were always like that when you came to defending someone, eh Manic?</b>
That was when he was shocked about who the monk really was.
<b>Manic: Mina Mongoose?</b>
She pulled up the hood and was a yellow mongoose with violet hair.
<b>Mina (Monk): It's been a long time! And I'm glad you're defending your own brother.</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>confused</i>)<b> Mina, how did you-</b>
<b>Mina: Anyway, we're continuing with training before or maybe sometime tomorrow.</b>
She winked at the two boy hedgehogs as Manic looked a bit dazed at her when she left.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>confused</i>)<b> Mr. Manic, who is this Mina girl?</b>
Sonic shook off what Mina did and looked at the four.
<b>Sonic: Wow, you guys really stood up for me, huh?</b>
<b>Sonia: Well, you've saved us more than once, and besides, </b>(<i>kisses Sonic</i>)<b> you're <i>my</i> brother.</b>
Cream kissed Sonic on the cheeked. Sonic looked at his green brother.
<b>Sonic: You're not gonna kiss me, are ya?</b>
<b>Manic: No way! But you are kinda cute!</b>
The five looked at the instruments as Sonia spoke.
<b>Sonia: Hey, are we gonna let these cool instruments go to waste or not?</b>
<b>Manic: Hell no!</b>
The three picked up their instruments and began to play a song. As they sung, Mina watched them with a smile while the other monks & two familiar allies joined them on the song.

Story:
<b>Aleena: </b>(<i>narrating</i>)<b> <i>Now that Robotnik had identified my children, he would not rest until he found them.</i></b>
Inside Robotnik's HQ, Robotnik turned to the robots & bounty hunters as the image of three familiar hedgehogs, a familiar rabbit, and a familiar chao lit the screen.
<b>Robotnik: Find those hedgehogs accompanied with that rabbit & chao </b>(<i>glares</i>)<b> or you'll get to inspect my prison, personally!</b>
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>confused</i>)<b> Three little hedgehogs? I still don't understand, sir. What could they possibl-</b>
He was interupted when Decoe elbowed him.
<b>Decoe: Do not speak when he speaks.</b>
The wolf Anime glared at the robot as Robotnik walked towards the wolf & dingo with a frustrated look on his face.
<b>Robotnik: </b>(<i>grabs Sleet by the neck</i>)<b> Queen Aleena's brats <i>can</i> destroy everything! </b>(<i>releases him</i>)<b> Find them!</b>
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>bows</i>)<b> Yes, your grace, leave it to us sir.</b>
The wolf glared as the human left while Dingo looked at Sonia's picture and was about to daydream.
<b>Dingo: </b>(<i>dazed</i>)<b> Wow...never met or seen anyone like her...</b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>it must've been so long since I've been hunting down that "Bat Squirrel" as well as bounty hunt, that I kinda forgot how long I needed someone...so beautiful as her.</i></b>
<b>Robots: </b>(<i>slap their foreheads</i>)<b> Oh brother!</b>
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>slaps Dingo at the back of his head</i>)<b> What are you doing, you oaf?</b>

The three looked at each other, then back at Dingo as Sleet shook his head.
<b>Sleet: And you're ugly, now let's get to work.</b>
The group nodded as they began to search for the five fugitives while Dingo sweatdrop. Meanwhile, somewhere in Robotropolis, in what looked like an old abandoned factory, Cream & Sonia's screams were heard. Inside, Sonic & Manic heard the screams as Sonic rushes towards them with Manic following.
<b>Sonia & Cream: </b>(<i>holding each other</i>)<b> Get it away from me!</b>
<b>Sonic: What? What is it, girls?</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>scared</i>)<b> Under the bed! Get it out! Get it out!</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>confused</i>)<b> Get what?</b>
Sonic lifted the covers as a mouse came out of the bed.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>hides behind Cheese</i>)<b> Yipe!</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>sweatdrops</i>)<b> A mouse?! </b>(<i>glances</i>)<b> Every force in Robotropolis is on our butts and you're both wigging out over a mouse?</b>
<b>Sonic & Manic: </b>(<i>glance at each other</i>)<b> We're in trouble.</b>
The two were about to leave when Sonia spoke.
<b>Sonia: Wait, do you have a maid? I like my breakfast.</b>

Cream looked a bit confused about what they said.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>What do they mean?</i></b>
Cream then noticed a small book on the floor, left by an original citizen before Robotnik's takeover. She picked it up while Sonic & Manic were giving out some rules about being in a member of the resistance known as the Freedom Fighters. She opened it and both her & Cheese were amazed at what was written on it.
<b>Cream & Cheese: Wow...</b>
A little later on, inside a ship, the computer's scanners had picked up five objects.
<b>Sleet: Ooh, we've got them now.</b>
<b>Dingo: So, now do we call Robotnik?</b>
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>Chibi smirks</i>)<b> To catch three little hedgehogs? I'd doubt it.</b>
Sleet pulled the lever as the ship outside was heading towards the location. Back in the hideout, Cream was becoming more and more interested as she read more of the book.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>"The original Council of Four rumor was that one of the members was a creature of the night called a Nosferatu aka a vampire. And one of the reasons that they and the eight guardians that protected him broke up was when one of the guardians was arguing with the leader guardian about not outlawing guns." Interesting...maybe I can get Mama and Bunnie to read this when I find them.</i></b>
She looked up at the three hedgehogs & chao reading the map as Sonia spoke.
<b>Sonia: North through the marsh of Melador and into the Badlands. </b>(<i>looks disgusted</i>)<b> Ewww, gross!</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>crosses his arms</i>)<b> So where the heck do we wind up at?</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>points to the location</i>)<b> Right here at Weslock.</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>looks at the map</i>)<b> Isn't a few miles across from Windy?</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>Anime narrows</i>)<b> Do we <i>have</i> to bring this kid along, too?</b>
Sonic rolled his eyes as he ignored his remark about Cream & Cheese.
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>puts on a backpack</i>)<b> Anyway, wherever Weslock is, we gotta get out of here and fast!</b>
He tossed two backpacks to Cream & Manic as Sonia spoke.
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>shocked</i>)<b> Now? But I can't leave! Not without my matched luggage and some new clothes.</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>tosses her a backpack</i>)<b> Sorry, this is <i>all</i> you're getting!</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>looks at the backpack</i>)<b> Does this come in purple?</b>
Sonic was about to head out, but Manic began to speak.
<b>Manic: Hey, man, why the speed?</b>
They then heard a series of banging on the doors.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>Anime glances</i>)<b> <i>That's</i> why!</b>
Then, the Swatbot burst through the door as it began to hunt the five.
<b>Swatbot: <i>Priority One - Hedgehogs!</i></b>
The Swatbot aimed and fired at the group. The group gasped as they dodged the lasers, but not before one hit Cream's arm, spilling a bit of blood.
<b>Cream: Ow!</b>
It wasn't much of a cut as Sonic spoke.
<b>Sonic: Get in the basement and take Cream with you. </b>(<i>looks at the bot</i>)<b> I'll hold it off.</b>
The two ran off as Sonia held the rabbit carefully.
<b>Sonia: Are you okay, Cream?</b>
<b>Cream: I...hope so...</b>

The robot walked up to Sonic and tossed Sonic to the wall. He coughed some blood as he glared.
<b>Sonic: Phew! This is <i>not</i> a good start!</b>
The Swatbot headed to the blue hedgehog as the four looked back while at the opening.
<b>Manic: You both go ahead, I'll get the bot's attention!</b>
He ran up to the robot & was behind it as the green hedgehog cursed at him.
<b>Manic: Hey, son of a bitch!</b>
The robot turned and picked Manic up as he just smirked.
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>sweatdrops</i>)<b> Gah!</b>
<b>Sonic: Oh, nice diversion, bro.</b>
Manic grunted as he tried to move himself from the Swatbot's grip. Outside, Sleet & Dingo were becoming impatient from waiting.
<b>Sleet: This is taking too long. </b>(<i>shoves Dingo</i>)<b> Go in and help those metalheads! Go!</b>
<b>Dingo: </b>(<i>scratches his head</i>)<b> You mean... through the door there?</b>
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>sarcastically</i>)<b> No, through the wall, genius!</b>
<b>Dingo: Okie-dokie!</b>
Dingo literally ran through the wall as Sleet slapped his forehead.
<b>Sleet: He's even worse than that bastard...</b>
Inside, Sonia, Cream, and Cheese were backing away from Dingo as he growled at the three. Cheese was desperate to protect the two girls as he tried to block Dingo's way.
<b>Cheese: Chao, chao chao!</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>shocked</i>)<b> Cheese, no!</b>
Dingo was about to attack, but then his emotions took over as he became a lovesick dingo once more. Sonia, Cream, and Cheese closed their eyes, hoping not to see the damage they've taken. Back with Manic & Sonic, Manic was still having a bit of trouble with the Swatbot as it with the hedgehog was about to walk off with it.
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>narrows</i>)<b> Not so fast, not so fast, metal-mouth!</b>
Sonic leapt onto the robot's head. Unfortunately, when the blue hedgehog held onto it, the robot's head spun fast with him, still holding the head.
<b>Sonic: Whoa, Manic! Control panel in arm! Shut it off!</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>grunting as he struggles</i>)<b> Come on, come on!</b>
His arm finally pulled free as he smiled.
<b>Manic: There!</b>
He pressed many buttons on the arm as the Swatbot's head spun slower and slower until it finally shut down, although Sonic was a bit dizzy.
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>jumps down</i>)<b> Phew! Thanks dude!</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>jumps down</i>)<b> No problemo! Let's grab Sonia, Cream, & Cheese and blast out of here!</b>
Back with the girls, the two and chao still backed away as Sonia got an idea.
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>to Cream</i>)<b> I have an idea, Cream. But don't give out what I'm actually gonna do, got it?</b>
She nodded as the pink hedgehog turned back to Dingo.
<b>Sonia: Oh I'd <i>love</i> to go out with you and meet Dr Robotnik. </b>(<i>sedusing him</i>)<b> But before that, would you be a sweetheart and get my coat for me?</b>
<b>Dingo: </b>(<i>nodding</i>)<b> Oh yeah, sure! Sure!</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>points to the basement</i>)<b> It's right in there...</b>
Dingo walked closely to the basement, but before he could actually find the coat, Sonia pushed Dingo towards the basement, letting the luckless dingo fall down the stairs. The two slammed the door as they both high-fived each other, but not before forgetting the pain.
<b>Cream: Ow!</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>wraps her arm in bandage</i>)<b> Sorry, I forgot about the shot.</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>smiles</i>)<b> It's okay, Sonia.</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>dashes in with Manic</i>)<b> Sonia! You and Cream okay?</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>sticks her thumb up</i>)<b> Yep, okie-dokie!</b>
<b>Sonia: Thanks to us, a bad guy is out of commission, </b>(<i>points to the basement</i>)<b> down there. Isn't that great?</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>glares</i>)<b> Well that was our escape route!</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>shocked</i>)<b> Uh oh...</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>sees the giant hole</i>)<b> But luckily the bad guys gave us another one...</b>
<b>Sleet's Voice: <i>Which, unfortunately, you won't be able to use!</i></b>
Sleet came in as he pointed a gun towards the five.
<b>Sleet: Move back, move back please. </b>(<i>walks in</i>)<b> I'm afraid that you'll all have to come with me...</b>(<i>looks at the rabbit</i>)<b> which is quite unfortunate for someone your age.</b>
Cream gulped a bit. The group backed away as Sleet was near the basement door.
<b>Sleet: I kinda pity children...I was an orphan once-</b>
Dingo then came from the basement, slamming the door onto Sleet's face, without noticing.
<b>Dingo: I couldn't find your coat, Sonia. </b>(<i>sees the five together</i>)<b> Huh?</b>
Sonic then looked at the four.
<b>Sonic: Time for Plan B!</b>
<b>Manic: What's that?</b>
<b>Sonic: Same as Plan A: the basement!</b>
Sonic grabbed the four as they headed towards the basement as Dingo looked more confused, but a bit sad about watching Sonia disappear.
<b>Dingo: </b>(<i>watching from the basement door</i>)<b> Bye, Sonia...</b>
Back with Sonic's group, the five looked around as they were now in the sewer. Cream took out the same book and kept on reading it while Sonia looked disgusted on the slime that got on her shoes.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>"The original member of the Council of Four were named Queen Aleena, King Andrix, Queen Deliah, and Count Batula while the names of the guardians were Rico Rodriguez, Holmes Wolf, Amadeus Prower, Courage Acorn, Locke Echidna, Rosemary Prower, King Acorn himself, and Vanilla the Rabbit?" Vanilla? But that's my mama's name? Why would she be a member of the guardians?</i></b>
The pink hedgehog looked disgusted as she spoke.
<b>Sonia: I'm <i>never</i> setting foot in a sewer again! It's dirty, smelly, disgusting, and crappy!</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>glances</i>)<b> Hey, <i>that's</i> my home you're talking about, princess.</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>shocked</i>)<b> You, <i>actually</i> live in the sewers?</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>looks disgusted</i>)<b> I'd be icky too if I <i>had</i> to live in the sewers instead of Knothole or Sonic's place.</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>walking onward</i>)<b> Oh sorry your ladyship; next time we'll get you a carriage!</b>
Sonic then saw the outside of the tunnel as he turned to the four.
<b>Sonic: Now, where's the scroll?</b>
Sonia held on to Manic as she & Cream followed.
<b>Sonic: I'm waiting...</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>as he walks up to him</i>) <b>Yeah, so?</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>to Manic</i>)<b> It's just that it's sooo yucky.</b>
Once the five reached outside, they were now outside Robotropolis as Sonic became a bit impatient.
<b>Sonic: Ahem, the scroll?</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>looks at them</i>)<b> What happened to the scroll?</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>sighs</i>)<b> Problem: it got torched. What's left of it is back at the safehouse.</b>
<b>Sonic: Crap! Then we've got to go back for it before those guys find it.</b>
Sonia, looking at the sewers, offered a different suggestion.
<b>Sonia: No we don't. </b>(<i>is grabbed by him</i>)<b> Hey, let go!</b>
Sonic pulled her back into the sewer water as he spoke.
<b>Sonic: Sorry, but we've gotta go back.</b>
She looked disgusted as Manic spoke.
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>mockingly</i>)<b> What's the matter, is the Duchess <i>afraid</i> to get her feet dirty?</b>
The green hedgehog jumped into the sewer water, making Sonia & Sonic dirty with the splashes.
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>anger mark</i>)<b> If you'd let me finish... we've got the scroll! </b>(<i>points to her head</i>)<b> Right here, I have a photographic memory.</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>impressed</i>)<b> Wow...</b>
<b>Sonic: Photographic memory?</b>
<b>Manic: Ooh!</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>glares</i>)<b> Oh give me a break!</b>
She crossed her arms & turned from the two hedgehogs as the brothers laughed with each other.
<b>Both: Cheese! Hahahahahaha!</b>
Back at Robotnik's HQ, Sleet & Dingo looked exhausted as the wolf spoke.
<b>Sleet: Forgive us, sire, but the hedgehogs got away.</b>
<b>Robotnik: </b>(<i>angrily</i>)<b> And you call yourselves bounty hunters! You're worse than that stupid bounty hunter who helped those Freedom Fighters.</b>
<b>Dingo: You mean Nack?</b>
He elbowed the dingo as he glared.
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>Anime glares</i>)<b> Dingo, for the last time, don't mention that name!</b>
He then looked at Robotnik as he took out a scroll.
<b>Sleet: Sir, we found this!</b>
<b>Robotnik: What is it?</b>
<b>Sleet: A map, sir, I think I know where they're going!</b>
Then another call interupted as Bocoe & Decoe appeared in another screen with two rabbits.
<b>Bocoe: Sire, we have two of the Freedom Fighters: Bunnie & her mother, Vanilla.</b>
<b>Decoe: What should we do with them?</b>
<b>Robotnik: Leave them in their cells for now, cause I have a map to scan, and a little rabbit to capture.</b>
The younger rabbit, Bunnie gasped at what she heard as she looked down.
<b>Bunnie: </b>(<i>Southern accent</i>)<b> Cream...wherever y'all are, I hope you're safe.</b>
(<i>Flip Card: Manic the Hedgehog</i>)

Somewhere in Mobius, the group continued to search for Weslock. Manic then heard a noise.
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>gasps</i>)<b> What was that?</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>sarcastically</i>)<b> It's a bird, just like the bird yesterday, <i>and</i> the bird the day before. Sheesh!</b>
<b>Manic: Hey, I'm a city boy okay?</b>
Manic just walked up and headed to the four. He took out some bread and gave it to each of them.
<b>Cream: Thanks, Manic.</b>
<b>Cheese: Chao!</b>
Sonia, however, was a bit disappointed.
<b>Sonia: More bread? </b>(<i>sarcastically</i>)<b> How gourmet. </b>(<i>as she recieves her bread</i>)<b> So what did you do in the city, Manic?</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>as he eats</i>)<b> I was er... in the family business. We... er... move things.</b>
Sonic didn't look like he trusted Manic's words, however.
<b>Sonia: Like import-export?</b>
<b>Cream: Maybe you're probably from some sort of mafia gang, like the one in Windy.</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>Anime glares</i>)<b> You mean that fat jerk, Don Weazo? Why the hell...uh, I mean heck would you think that?</b>
<b>Cream: I kinda heard a rumor about the weasel that was hired here last year and thought he and the boy were connected.</b>
<b>Cheese: </b>(<i>looks at her</i>)<b> Chao.</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>walks up to Manic</i>)<b> I believe, Manic, that you're a thief!</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>shocked</i>)<b> A thief? Oh my freakin' god!</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>surprised</i>)<b> How did you know?</b>
<b>Sonic: Resistance! We gotta know about everybody!</b>
Sonic, Cream, and Cheese headed towards the other direction while Sonia looked a little shocked.
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>chuckles</i>)<b> Hey, don't worry, Princess, I don't steal from my family.</b>
<b>Sonia: Oh, I-I-I didn't mean-</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>interupts</i>)<b> We were all born with silver spoons in our mouths, Sonia. You just got to keep yours!</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>smirks</i>)<b> Yeah, I had to steal mine.</b>
The two laughed while Sonia looked a bit frustrated. Cream & Cheese, however, were looking at another direction.
<b>Cream: Come on, Mr. & Miss Hedgehogs, we've got a long way to go!</b>
The hedgehogs picked up their backpacks and were about to head out until a figure appeared, swinging from the vines.
<b>Figure: Not all that far!</b>
Sonic turned around and saw the figure.
<b>Sonic: Huh? Who are you?</b>
<b>Figure: I am Gondar, sent by the Oracle of Deluphis. I am here to train you.</b>
<b>Sonic: Whoa, that's perfect, 'cause we're here to be trained!</b>
Gondar laughed as Sonic smirked. A little later, somewhere at the forest, Gondar was giving the hedgehogs, rabbit, and chao a little bit of training, starting with the punches.
<b>Gondar (Figure): Left! Right! Left! Right!</b>
Sonic was having a good time, training with the physical combat while Sonia, Manic, Cream, and Cheese looked tired.
<b>Sonia: Couldn't training start at a more <i>reasonable</i> hour?</b>
<b>Manic: You got that right, I'm used to coming home around now!</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>sweatdrops</i>)<b> And my sister always played with me at this time of hour when we're <i>not</i> fighting Robotnik.</b>
<b>Gondar: </b>(<i>turns to them</i>)<b> Here you will develop your natural abilities, and find talents hidden deep within you!</b>
Sonic speeded from one side of the area, to the other, then to the group.
<b>Sonic: Could we get this show on the road <i>while</i> I'm still young?</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>sarcastically</i>)<b> Wow, wouldn't it be ironic if your hidden talent was patience?</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>anger mark</i>)<b> What makes you say that?</b>
The two glared at each other as Gondar spoke.
<b>Gondar: I think now is a good time to start. </b>(<i>to Cream</i>)<b> Young lady, would you like to join us or read more of that Milk War book?</b>
Cream sighed as she put her book down as Cheese held onto it.
<b>Cream: I'm ready.</b>
A bit later, the group began to train for one of the talents. Sonic was then ready to try to spin.
<b>Gondar's Voice: <i>Once more, Sonic.</i></b>
As Sonic spun more and more, Gondar spoke.
<b>Gondar's Voice: <i>Focus! Concentrate! Now, a little faster!</i></b>
As he spun faster, the group watched in amazement.
<b>Gondar: Good! Good! Now, faster! Balance Sonic, balance.</b>
As Sonic was trying to spin faster, he was heading towards the tree.
<b>Sonic: I'm trying! I'm trying!</b>
He then hit the tree and fell down. When the smoke cleared, Sonic was covered in dirt.
<b>Gondar: </b>(<i>turns to Sonia</i>)<b> You see how important it is to keep your balance Sonia?</b>
<b>Sonia: Absolutely! Otherwise you get <i>really dirty</i>!</b>
<b>Gondar: Ah, yes. Well, let's get started. </b>(<i>as Sonic gets up and begins to look like he's jogging</i>)<b> First, speed. Sonic, </b>(<i>points to the mountain</i>)<b> see the tallest tree on the mountain over there?</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>sees it</i>)<b> Yeah, and?</b>
<b>Gondar: Go to that tree! </b>(<i>holds a rock</i>)<b> When I drop this rock, catch it before it hits the ground.</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>smirks</i>)<b> No problemo!</b>
He ran from Gondar to the tree quickly.
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>from far away</i>)<b> Ready!</b>
Gondar dropped the rock as Sonic rushed towards it to get it, but he went too fast as he passed the rock & hit the tree.
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>dizzily/eye swirls</i>)<b> Next time...I'll get it next time...</b>
As time was passing, Sonic, Manic, and Sonia continued to train themselves with Gondar, trying and trying again with every test until they could get it right, from a Super Twirl, to drumstick throwing, to catching the rock as fast as one could. While they were doing that, Cream was reading the last of the Milk Wars book.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>"At the end of the Milk Wars, the council and its guardians surrounded Robotnik and the evil Panther King. After finding out who really caused the whole war, the two were banished from the kingdom of Weaselopolis, both swearing their revenge as both Sir Charles and the Weasel King's plans of the Roboticiser were stolen from them. After that, many of them left to become families, but soon a new war would come and Robotnik & the Panther King would try taking over the world. One of them would fall when Aleena and her children become the Council of Four, while another would fall when the Council of 24 and their guardians unite."</i> </b>(<i>looks up as she speaks</i>)<b> I hope this whole war thing isn't really that affected against those evil tyrants.</b>
<b>Cheese: Chao...</b>
She closed the book as she saw Sonia breaking the woods that were held by Sonic, Manic, and Gondar in two with her flying kick. A bit later, Manic threw his drumstick at the tree as it spun around & around until Manic caught it & threw it at the dartboard, hitting the bullseye.
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>smirks</i>)<b> Happening!</b>
Gondar looked proudly at him. Then, Cream was flying with her long ears, as she landed next to Cheese, holding a board. She spun around as her ears hit the board, breaking it in two.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>smiles</i>)<b> All right!</b>
<b>Cheese: </b>(<i>proudly</i>)<b> Chao!</b>
Gondar looked proudly at her & the chao. Then, Sonic rushed toward the rock again, only that time, he caught the rock with success.
<b>Sonic: Yes!</b>
Then, Sonia used her Super Twirl to lift up the rock. She then threw it elsewhere, smashing it in two.
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>as she stops spinning</i>)<b> Yes!</b>
The five cheered for the pink hedgehog.
<b>Sonic: Go, sis!</b>
<b>Manic: Well done!</b>
<b>Cream: Way to go!</b>
Gondar looked proudly at each of them and how much they trained. Back in Robotropolis, in Robotnik's HQ, Bunnie & Vanilla were held inside the room while Robotnik finished analyzing the map fragments.
<b>Vanilla: </b>(<i>looks at Robotnik cautiously</i>)<b> What are you going to do to us, you fiend?</b>
<b>Bunnie: If I was untied right 'bout now, I'd show you what fo', ya fat bastard!</b>
<b>Robotnik: </b>(<i>Anime glares</i>)<b> Don't make me force to kill you, Rabbit Girl!</b>
He then turned to the map fragments as he looked at the location.
<b>Robotnik: If this location is anywhere on the planet, it will show up here!</b>
The location was then shown on the screen as Robotnik smirks. As he spoke, he turned to the robots & bounty hunters.
<b>Robotnik: Excellent! Let's see what kind of bounty hunters you really are! Take the two robots with you, then take my command ship and a full detachment! Get me those hedgehogs!</b>
<b>Bunnie: </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>Hope Sugah Hog will be okay...</i></b>
Back in the forest, Sonic speeded away from Gondar as Cream & Cheese flew to follow the hedgehog.
<b>Gondar: Now you, Sonia.</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>looks at him</i>)<b> Back in a few.</b>
She spun away from the last two remaining on the battle ground.
<b>Gondar: </b>(<i>looks at him</i>)<b> Manic?</b>
<b>Manic: I've been thinking: maybe they could do better without me, I mean Sonia can twirl, Sonic can run fast, Cream & Cheese can fly, and...</b>
As he spoke, the two looked at the four that were having fun with their talents.
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>sighs</i>)<b> Well, my talents just...don't exactly measure up.</b>
<b>Gondar: </b>(<i>places his hand on Manic's shoulder</i>)<b> Leaving would be a mistake, young friend. Soon, you'll find a talent that has been hidden. Use it to help your cause.</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>smiles</i>)<b> Really? What is it?</b>
<b>Gondar: <i>When</i> the time comes, you will know.</b>
Sonic, Cream, Cheese, and Sonia arrived to Gondar & Manic as the blue hedgehog spoke.
<b>Sonic: So what now, Gondar?</b>
<b>Sonia: More spins?</b>
<b>Cream: Maybe more flying lessons.</b>
<b>Cheese: Chao!</b>
<b>Gondar: </b>(<i>shakes his head</i>)<b> No, your time here is over. Now I send you to your next teachings, children: the land of the clouds!</b>
<b>Sonic: Who?</b>
<b>Sonia: What?</b>

Gondar heard a noise, and hushed them before they could say more.
<b>Gondar: Shh!</b>
The five looked around as Sonic looked a bit more confused.
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>confused</i>)<b> I don't hear anything.</b>
<b>Gondar: </b>(<i>looking serious</i>)<b> Ships, approaching fast.</b>
Inside the ship, Bocoe & Decoe were analyzing the area as the yellow robot spoke.
<b>Bocoe: I believe we've found them and will approach there immediately.</b>
<b>Decoe: Yes, in one minute prescise, boys.</b>
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>smirks</i>)<b> Excellent. Say goodbye, hedgehog brats! </b>(<i>as the ships approach the forest</i>)<b> You're about to take a one-way ride on the Sleet Express!</b>
<b>Bocoe: </b>(<i>shocked</i>)<b> Sleet Express? </b>(<i>slaps his forehead/sweatdrops</i>)<b> God that is so lame!</b>
Down below, the group was shocked when they saw the ships coming towards them.
<b>Sonic: Robuttnik's ships!</b>
<b>Sleet's Voice: </b>(<i>from one of the ships</i>)<b> <i>Surrender, hedgehogs! You have 10 seconds!</i></b>

Manic gasped as the group looked at the ships coming towards them as one fired. The group backed away as Sleet's voice came out again.
<b>Sleet's Voice: <i>Five seconds, hedgehogs!</i></b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>angrily</i>)<b> I'll show him five seconds!</b>
As the ships fired more, Sonic glared at the ship angrily.
<b>Sonic: Robuttnik's ships are gonna destroy your forest!</b>
<b>Gondar: Obviously you haven't heard about our trees...</b>
Back inside the ship, Sleet was becoming a bit impatient.
<b>Sleet: Well, they can run, but they can't hide.</b>
<b>Dingo, Bocoe, & Decoe: Yeah!</b>
Sleet pressed the communicator to contact the ships.
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>to the communicator</i>)<b> All ships, destroy this place, I'll snatch the hedgehogs.</b>
The ships headed towards the forest as Sonia held onto Cream.
<b>Cream: He's gonna kill us!</b>
<b>Gondar: Not today! </b>(<i>points to the trees</i>)<b> Watch...</b>
The trees then sprayed something on the approaching ships, causing them to lose control and crash. Sleet's was next to be sprayed with the goop.
<b>Sleet: </b>(<i>sweatdrops</i>)<b> I can't see! </b>(<i>pushes the emergency button</i>)<b> Pull up, pull up!</b>
The ship then started to fly away from the forest.
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>amazed</i>)<b> Amazing.</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>impressed</i>)<b> Cool!</b>
<b>Gondar: Time for you to go! </b>(<i>hands them the scroll</i>)<b> Use the scroll!</b>
<b>Sonia: Is it a map?</b>
<b>Gondar: In a matter of speaking.</b>
As Sonia opened the map, the five were then absorbed by a bright light.
<b>All: Ahh!</b>
At a place called "The Land of the Clouds", where a temple floated, a hooded monk approached what looked like a stone carving of Aleena with a figure that had some dust on it's head. Then the five appeared instantly in front of the monk. The monk looked carefully at the five as Sonic spoke.
<b>Sonic: Hi, guy!</b>
The five got up as the monk turned its back to them as it headed back to the temple.
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>points to the monk</i>)<b> Should we follow him?</b>
The monk turned around and nodded a bit. It then headed inside the temple as Sonic looked a bit concerned. Then he was shocked when some people & the monk headed up the stairs. The four began to follow the monk as Cream looked at one of the drawings on the floor, the same one the monk was looking at.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>There's someone with Mrs. Aleena. Is it her husband or that guy she's suppose to truly love?</i></b>
She shook it off as she followed the hedgehogs & her chao. Inside the temple, the monk lead the group to an empty room as Sonia looked a bit surprised.
<b>Sonia: How...uncluttered!</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>looks around</i>)<b> Easy to clean. </b>(<i>to the monk</i>)<b> So, you talk or what?</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>elbows him</i>)<b> Sonic, he's a monk.</b>
<b>Monk: </b>(<i>femmine voice</i>)<b> I do speak, and I'm a girl!</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>Anime shocked</i>)<b> A girl monk!? How's <i>that</i> even possible?</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>glances</i>)<b> Manic!</b>
She then pointed to the medallions with her gloved hand.
<b>Monk: The medallions you wear; they're a source of great power.</b>
That was when she rose her arms up as the hedgehogs' medallions glowed.
<b>All: Huh?</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>as she looks at her medallion</i>)<b> Just like the night we met at the club.</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>looks down</i>)<b> Don't remind me...</b>
<b>Monk: But in order to use it, you have to find the harmony within yourselves.</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>crosses his arms</i>)<b> Hmm...you mind gettin' to the point bud, what kind of power?</b>
<b>Manic: Chill, Sonic, listen to her!</b>
<b>Monk: </b>(<i>as her hands glow</i>)<b> The first power is very simple; the power of music.</b>
She shot a beam of light into the three medallions. The three gasped as the light faded.
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>concerned</i>)<b> What was that?</b>
<b>Monk: </b>(<i>smirks</i>)<b> Touch your medallions, silly. You first, blue boy.</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>Something about this girl...is familiar...</i></b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>touches his medallion</i>)<b> No problemo!</b>
Sonic touched his medallion and it became an electric guitar with part of it looking like a hedgehog. Sonia & Manic touched their medallions and the medallions became a drum and a bass keyboard.
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>playing the guitar</i>)<b> Amazing.</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>playing the keyboard</i>)<b> It's beautiful.</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>playing the drums</i>)<b> Crashin'!</b>
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>surprised</i>)<b> Cool! </b>(<i>thinking</i>)<b> <i>Just like the original council & guardians...</i></b>
<b>Monk: They have other uses as well, </b>(<i>hands glowing again</i>)<b> but that's <i>only</i> if you guys work together in harmony.</b>
The three hedgehogs disappeared as Cream looked shocked.
<b>Monk: Your first test begins now!</b>
At an unknown area, in an ally, Sonic, Manic, and Sonia were teleported towards the ally.
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>noticing</i>)<b> Where are Cream & Cheese?</b>
Then the monster appeared, advancing at them.
<b>All: Ahhh!</b>
<b>Sonic: </b>(<i>to Sonia</i>)<b> Former boyfriend?</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>sarcastically</i>)<b> Very funny. </b>(<i>normal tone</i>)<b> What should we do now?</b>
<b>Sonic: I'll knock him out with a Super Spin! Spin n Win time!</b>
Sonic speeded towards the monster as the monster kept on trying to catch Sonic. Sonia was just scared as Manic saw a lock.
<b>Manic: Hey, I know this lock!</b>
The green hedgehog used a lockpick to try to open the lock as Sonia shouted.
<b>Sonia: Wait, Sonic!</b>
As Manic escaped, Sonic was struggling with the monster as he was grabbed & about to be eaten.
<b>Sonic: Ahh!</b>
<b>Sonia: </b>(<i>shocked</i>)<b> No!</b>
She tried to use her Super Twirl at the monster, but the monster just picked her up too. The monster was about to eat them when they both screamed.
<b>Both: AHHH!!</b>
That was when a light absorbed the scene and the three hedgehogs were back with the monk, Cream, and Cheese.
<b>Cream: What happened?</b>
<b>Monk: They have failed the first test, therefore, there won't be anymore training.</b>
The group looked down as she spoke.
<b>Monk: Sorry, your hearts were good, and were in the right place, </b>(<i>looks at Sonia</i>)<b> but unfortunately you used bad judgement. </b>(<i>looks at Manic</i>)<b> Your actions were correct, yet had you guys worked together, </b>(<i>looks at Sonic</i>)<b> your escape would've been a simple one.</b>
Sonic then went up to the female monk as he spoke.
<b>Sonic: It was my fault, I got us all killed.</b>
<b>Monk: </b>(<i>sighs</i>)<b> Yes, your impulsiveness, your rash actions, and your inability to work as a team: They'll be your undoings and may perhaps cause the end of the ones you care most, including a future ally.</b>
Cream then looked angrily at her and slapped her.
<b>Cream: Wait a minute, ma'am, Mr. Sonic may be impatient and impulsive at times, but I know he's braver than anyone I've ever met. I oughta know, Cheese & I usually see him on his missions.</b>
<b>Sonia: That's right, and he risked his life for all of us!</b>
<b>Monk: </b>(<i>glances</i>)<b> It's not about bravery, and how <i>dare</i> you slap a monk!</b>
<b>Manic: Hey, you're talking about one of the best Freedom Fighters! He saved my ass a few times and if you ask me, we don't need your damn training!</b>
The monk smirked as she giggled.
<b>Monk: You were always like that when you came to defending someone, eh Manic?</b>
That was when he was shocked about who the monk really was.
<b>Manic: Mina Mongoose?</b>
She pulled up the hood and was a yellow mongoose with violet hair.
<b>Mina (Monk): It's been a long time! And I'm glad you're defending your own brother.</b>
<b>Manic: </b>(<i>confused</i>)<b> Mina, how did you-</b>
<b>Mina: Anyway, we're continuing with training before or maybe sometime tomorrow.</b>
She winked at the two boy hedgehogs as Manic looked a bit dazed at her when she left.
<b>Cream: </b>(<i>confused</i>)<b> Mr. Manic, who is this Mina girl?</b>
Sonic shook off what Mina did and looked at the four.
<b>Sonic: Wow, you guys really stood up for me, huh?</b>
<b>Sonia: Well, you've saved us more than once, and besides, </b>(<i>kisses Sonic</i>)<b> you're <i>my</i> brother.</b>
Cream kissed Sonic on the cheeked. Sonic looked at his green brother.
<b>Sonic: You're not gonna kiss me, are ya?</b>
<b>Manic: No way! But you are kinda cute!</b>
The five looked at the instruments as Sonia spoke.
<b>Sonia: Hey, are we gonna let these cool instruments go to waste or not?</b>
<b>Manic: Hell no!</b>
The three picked up their instruments and began to play a song. As they sung, Mina watched them with a smile while the other monks & two familiar allies joined them on the song.
