Sonic Series ❯ Trip to Universal Studios ❯ Super Nintendo Land ( Chapter 8 )

Aleena led Maria, Tails, and Kit to the escalator designed to look like a warp pipe.

 “Wow, it even makes the sound effect.” Tails said.

 They finally made it to the inside of the castle and walked around.

 Maria smiled. “This is so cool.”

 They made it outside.

 Kit grinned. “I think you can ride the Yoshi ride, Maria.”

 “That looks fun.” Maria said.

 Tails walked over to the question mark box and tapped the bottom.

 The box chimed. 

 “Cool.” Tails said. “Mom, can you take my picture?”

 Aleena pulled her phone out. “Stand under it, Tails.”

 “Maria, Kit, get in the picture with me.” Tails said.

 Maria and Kit huddled into the picture on either side of Tails.

 “Got it.” Aleena said. “Now let’s get in line.”

 Tails led the way through the gift shop. “That was awesome.”

 “Donkey Kong country was okay.” Kit said.

 “I can’t wait to show Shadow my picture with the Princess.” Maria said, looking through her pictures.

 “Don’t show Sonic.” Tails replied. He shook his head. “I don’t know why he hates Mario so much. He’s never even played it.”

 “He did once when he was three. He hates it because Manic kept making him fall in the pit when it was his turn.” Aleena said. “They got into the worst fight I’ve ever seen them have. I mean they were yelling and beating each other with the controllers. I had never yelled before or since that incident.”

 Tails eyes widened. “Wow.”

 Aleena nodded. “They were grounded for over a month.”
