I like Kuro/Fai fiction, but I'm too lazy to search through hundreds of fics to find one I like. So I'll write my own. I only recently picked up the series, and I haven't seen the anime ((but I heard youtube had them all…)) but hopefully my little drabble pieces will be to your liking.

He doesn't quite understand him…

His always upbeat attitude, his persistent little nicknames, his complete outgoing-ness…

He just doesn't get it.

He doesn't get why it makes him smile, why it grows on him so quickly. He doesn't quite understand why the lanky wizard with a warm smile makes him smile. There was the need to protect him, to keep him content, he just doesn't understand.

He doesn't get it, but he doesn't mind.
