Yu-Gi-Oh! Fan Fiction ❯ Two Daddies are Better Than One ❯ Chapter 1

[ T - Teen: Not suitable for readers under 13 ]

Disclaimer: still don't own! *sigh* it's sad, I wish I did.

AN: This is a one-shot, sorry, it is vanilla, no lemons here, NO WAIT, COME BACK! This is the sequeal to Crazy Little Thing Called Love, my first Yu-Gi-Oh Yaoi story, hell my first

Yu-Gi-Oh story ever. I owe it all to insight-to-insanity, who's stories on Fanfiction were the inspiration for me! Thanks a million!

AN2: I was writing my science exam and I finished as I was re-reading my answers especially my report on Global Climate Change and burst out laughing in the middle of the exam hall. My two page long report, which was filled with knowledgable data on the serious reprocutions of GCC, or the Greenhouse effect, every so often I'd stumble upon sentences such as 'Jou locked his arms about Seto's neck, staring up at him lovingly'. Damn it all to hell! Yaoi is running my life, damned teenage hormones! It was worth it though, to have three of my other friends look over at me, clutching my sides in laughter, tears pouring down my face and to have me merely look at them and them start laughing too, of course, we all got in trouble for disrupting the exam, but, hey, it was worth it!

AN3: this story is dedicated to all of those who read Crazy Little Thing Called Love and to those who took the time to review me, I appreciate it!

Now, on with the story!

See you at the bottom!

Jou lay in his hammock in the back of the Kaiba Mansion, the sun was on it's decent as it reached late afternoon, a soft breeze swept through the area and he moved his arms behind his head to use as a pillow. Shutting his eyes as he began to reminece of the past six years. After they graduated high school Jou, Seto as well as the rest of the gang seperated to go their own ways in life, Yugi, Jou and Seto stayed in Domino attending the local university. Ryou and Bakura had moved to Europe to stay with Ryou's aunt while she was in the hosptial, they got married two years ago and were touring the world, their current location. Egypt. Mai and Isis both became models and while in America fell in love, Mai had broken up with her boyfriend and Isis was expecting her first child in a few months. Marik and Malik had vanished into thin air, Jou figured they returned home to Egypt, Honda and Otogi moved to Tyoko with their wife, Shizuka, that came as no surprise to the group. George and Monique resided in Domino still, Dia lived with Jou and Seto in the mansion, Anzu, well, Anzu was still in the Shadows, and they owed it all to Bakura. Seto and Jou were happily married their first year in collage, and come November were going to celebrate their sixth anniversary.

The silence was interrupted by Jou's aunt who ran into the backyard yelling at the top of her lungs, "Tsuki, Tsuki, KAIBA TSUKI HOLD IT RIGHT THERE!" Jou sat up, sliding up the sunglasses on his nose to see what the ruckus was all about, Dia stood, hands on her hips glaring at a four year old boy, who wilted.

Jou smiled at his son, Tsuki, Yami had uncovered a spell that would convert Jou's form into that of a female, so, for nine months, he'd been a happy, healthy, pregnant female. Tsuki, incrediably smart for his young age stood at nearly four feet tall, his hair was a shock of vibrant red, which had stunned Seto at first, until he learned that Jou was the only blonde in a family full of red heads, his eyes were an icy mint green and were filling with tears at the moment. Jou stood walking over to his son, who was crying softly, he bent on one knee and sighed, "what's wrong?" Wide, innocent eyes looked upwards,

"t'is kid in ma class was mean to me." Jou frowned, looking up at Dia for a moment, then back down,

"why?" Tsuki sniffled and sobbed softly, wiping his eyes with the back of his sleeve, then plopped down on the grass, but remained silent, Jou sat as well, "why?"

"cause ma teacher as't us to make cards." Jou paused a moment,

"cards for what?"

"Mother's day, it's 'morrow, and I made this nice, big, purty card, an' I gots no one to give it to." Jou closed his eyes a minute, then nodded softly,

"sure ya do." He was given a firm denial head shake in respone,

"nuh-uh!" Jou softly stroked the red hair,

"well, what did this mean kid say to you."

"He said that I don't got no mommy, and that I was different, and I said, nuh-uh, I'm special 'cause I gots two dads, and he said that it dinna matter, I still didn't have a mom and I had no one to give my card to." Jou pursed his lips, kids could be so cruel, especially to those who were different, Tsuki hiccupped and Jou sighed,

"okay, listen to me chibi ichi, what do mother's do?" Tsuki shrugged,

"well, they cook and they clean, they have babies, they make beds and tuck you in at night, they make you feel better when you're sick or hurt, they do silly things to make you feel better, stuff like that." Jou smiled, ace in the hole,

"what do your father and I do?"

"well, you both tuck me in, you stay with me when 'm sick or scared or hurt, father cooks, cause you can't." Jou frowned at the comment, but smiled, it was true, "you make my bed and do my laundry, you both listen when I'm sad and both make me feel better." Jou nodded,

"see, so, don't your father and I do the same thing a mother does."

"I guess so, but, I still don't have some one to give my card to." Jou leaned down to his son's ear,

"why don't you give it to your auntie Dia?" Tsuki nodded,

"otay." Jou stood and picked up his son, who giggled and clung to his neck, then sniffled, "I feel better." Jou smiled,

"that's good, now, why don't we go see what your father's up too?"

"Yeah!"

Jou walked into Seto's home office, "knock knock." The brunette glanced up, then stood,

"hey, uh-oh, Tsuki looks upset, what happened?" Jou set the boy down and he ran off to play with a few toys that were scattered on the floor, Jou sighed,

"cruel kids at school, they made fun of him because he doesn't have a mom." Seto frowned, Jou took his hand, "I took care of it, I told him we're just as good as a mom, and since he made a Mother's Day card, to give it to Dia." Seto smiled,

"good, children are so strange, they're so innocent, yet so cruel at times." Jou nodded, looking over at his son, who was busy terrorizing a Lego city with a Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon action figure. He smiled, Seto glanced over as a building was desimated by a large clawed arm, chuckling softly he shook his head, "he gets that from you." Jou looked at Seto,

"what?"

"The need for violence and the fighting edge." Jou nodded,

"damn straight, he has your business skills, though." The phone rang and instantly Tsuki was up and answering it,

"Kaiba residence, Tsuki speaking, how may I direct your call?" He paused, listening, "no, thanks anyway." He hung up, the instant the phone hit the cradle it rang, he picked it up again,

"hello, Kaiba Tsuki." He beamed, "hey Yugi, yeah, yeah, he's here, just a minute." Tsuki waved the phone towards his dad, Jou rolled his eyes and took the phone,

"hey Yug, what's up?"

"Kei came home in tears, something about a boy at school and Mother's Day, do you know what this is about, she's so crushed." Jou rolled his eyes,

"yep, Tsuki was having the same problem, just calm her down, explain the situation about the difference between a het couple and a yaoi couple, not details but, you know, listen to what

she has to say, then, give her ice cream."

"Thanks Jou." Jou hung up and picked up his son,

"that's our next stop."

"Kitchen?" Jou laughed at the light in Tsuki's eyes, the other quality he'd passed on to his son, his love to eat,

"yup, how does chocolate mint fudge swirl sound?"

"Yay!" The three exited the room and once in the kitchen the child began to eat his bowl of ice cream, Jou leaned against the counter, eating a small bowl himself, Seto wound his arms around Jou's waist,

"your turn to give him a bath." Jou put his bowl down,

"fair enough, only if I get to have one with you later." Seto smirked,

"count on it." Jou locked his arms about Seto's neck, staring up at him lovingly, then peck his lips, Seto gave his trademark smirk, "mmm, you know how much I love that ice cream, don't you, koi-inu?" Jou leaned upwards once more, matching their lips and deeping the kiss, there was a soft disgusted noise from in front of them,

"eewwww, daddy kissage!" Jou pulled back, a small smile on his lips as he rested his forehead against Seto's, turning to face his son,

"hey, when you grow up, you'll kiss your wife in front of your kids." Tsuki shook his head,

"nuh-uh, girls have cooties!" He ran off and Jou chuckled,

"remember when we were that young?" Seto pressed a kiss to the nape of Jou's neck,

"mmmm, but girl do have cooties, it's why I married you." Jou shoved the brunette playfully,

"oh, so that's all I am to you, a cootie shield?!" Seto nodded,

"that's right, now hurry up and give Tsuki a bath or else you don't get one." Jou pressed a soft kiss to Seto's cheek,

"alright, but clean up the kitchen and order something for dinner, Tsuki's right, I can't cook."

Jou chuckled and ran off after his son, "hey, squirt, bath time!"
