Nice! I liked the way you started out with the music, and Inuyasha's thoughts about it and the way it made him feel. It was a nice lead-in to those personal, vulnerable thoughts and feelings. I like the idea that he DOES know that the Kikyou who was resurrected was not the same Kikyou he knew and loved before. And of course, "one day ..." We're all waiting for that day, aren't we? This is the way I like to see a songfic done, -- where there's more story to it than song, but the song sets the tone. Really, really nice!

I really liked it. Though I am a little suprised because I actually have written a fanfiction about that song, with Inuyasha and Kagome. A oneshot, of course. Though I used the whole song. I seem to have a knack for writing song fics about Inuyasha....But that's beside the point. I absolutely loved this story, and I only reveiw if a story catches my interest. and this story definately did. I enjoyed it immensly, and I encourage you to write more fanfiction. Haha look out for my Inuyasha/Kgome fanfiction about Iris. It'll be posted within the next few weeks. I doubt it will beat yours, but hey, as soon as it's finished (which it almost is) I guess we'll find out!
