Accourding to Inuyasha III, it's not clear which sword does it. At the beginning he is talking about Toukijin being the sword to use Dragon Strike. Yet at the end it was Tenseiga that used it. It is my belief that it is a combat move that can be used by either sword. Just a belief though! Anyays, I love you story! Great job!
