As first reviewer of this fic, I would like to say thank you, paniwi! ^_^ Well, I hoped it would have been a twist, but oh well, I tried, ne? Actually, I had in my mind (but didn't put in the story)that Haru had won over the jury saying that Ryou's mother couldn't afford to take care of two children, even if she got a job (plus the child support would barely be enough), but he easily could. The male went with the male and the female went with the female. He also must have promised to go to anger management classes or something... Well, no matter how he did it, Haru convinced the jury to allow him rights to Ryou. Sorry about the technicalities. Normally I'm picky about that stuff. *shrugs* Anyways, thank you for telling me that was not clear. I'll add that in as a side note at the end so others don't get confused too.

I saw the ending coming I must say. I liked it, it was nicely done, however the part where Ryou is left to live with his father seemed unlogical to me. If she stepped to court there must've been evidence of the bruises, showing off how violent Haru was. And why would she get the rights of Amane, but not of Ryou? Apart from that it was nice
