Hey, not bad! I like your sense of humor, and I think you did a good job keeping Cell in character. Don't worry about the mary sue-ness. We've all been there and it's not even so bad in your story. Just don't let them magically kick Cell's ass by just blinking at him, or something like that ;) P.S. I hope Voyager will resque them!
