Wow I loved these oneshots! (Well I always love oneshots :D ) Especially The Visit and A Smoking Wager. I always like stories where Dee really becomes a part of Ryo's family. As for the PWP - I don't exactly see it as a PWP, but it was AWESOME. One of the best lemons I have ever read! Oh, Smoking Wager was my favorite. I sex was really hot especially Ryo's freak out over someone catching them. But I actually loved cranky Dee the best. Ryo endured because really he loves him and smoking is not good for him and the prize was losing was so yummy.

I liked the shorts that you write. They were very entertaining! Can't wait for the regualar story line stories to come out. Oh, and I have a question for you,who do you think Dee would choose if he had to choose between saving Ryo or saving a hostages? I'm just wondering! Update soon, asta!

I have read the entire, wonderful FAKE in love series and loved every minute of it. Unfortunately, my browser doesn't handle MediaMiner well, so I haven't been able to post a review until now, so for now I'll give a catch-all review for the entire series, and go back for individual ones later. First off- You've managed to write one of the best characterizations of the FAKE boys I've ever seen in fiction. Hats off to you! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for that. Your Ryo and Dee act like men in love, not 12-year-old girls (like they are in so many FAKE fics- you wouldn't think it would be hard to write MEN in a story about a gay couple.) For that reason alone I love your work, but even better: you manage to develope a complete universe for your characters. They work (and you handle the procedural stuff amazingly) play, hurt and heal in a very 3-diminsional world, and one that I never tire of returning to. All your characters are fleshed-out and real; not only the ones introduced by Matoh, but your OC's, all of which are excellent, three-dimensional, non-Mary Sue people. Your style is distinct and enjoyable, with the perfect balance of dialogue and description. Without becoming hackneyed or cheesy, you paint an true-life picture of Dee and Ryo's life, with all the action and sexiness they deserve. Also, and this is where I really love you, dear, you keep the comedy that's such a staple of FAKE. People tend to forget that, while much of FAKE is dramatic, its humor is a major factor as well. Thanks for not loosing that. Besides, you always end up making me cackle with glee. And so, in short: BRAVO!!!! BRAVO!!!! BRAVISSIMO!!!!!!!!! Okay, now for this fic: The Visit: Again, props to your characterization. Thanks for not treating Bikky as an obstacle, but rather part of the family (as he is!). I enjoyed hearing more about Elena and Rick, as well. I particularly enjoyed the conversation about Ryo's attitude toward the club scene. And Dee's final sentence. Shortest Fic Ever- I laughed so hard I choked on my cereal. Later when I was checking out a woman at work, I remembered it and started cracking up again. I'm pretty sure she thought I was crazy. But it was totally worth it. Alternate Beginning- Thanks for sharing this. I enjoyed this arc a lot- again, it was your characterization that made it shine. It was interesting (and sad) to see brash Dee so far down. You handled it so well- he grieves like men grieve, not like teenyboppers mourn over their latest failed crush. Ryo was also amazing; their love really shined through in this one, despite the sadness. Beautifully, beautifully done. Dating Jamie- I like Jamie. She's a wonderful character, so I was thrilled when she wound up with Berkley, and was glad to get an insight. The way Jamie managed to throw him off balance was great. The Baby- Finally! Diana and Drake make an amazingly cute couple, and I'm glad it's going so well for them. Drake is a very sweet first-time daddy. The reactions of the other men of the 27th were also great. Smoking Wager- My personal favorite. Hilarious. When Ryo offered his wager and Dee's jaw dropped, I quite nearly died. Dee's increasing level of pissyness, Ryo's slowly budding willingness to give Dee his reward, Rose ordering Dee to smoke to get him to quite his bitchin'... so great. And sex... so hot. I like Ryo's little exhibitionist streak that started to emerge near the end. Literary Kink- Do you know what I like about you? You write the world's best FAKE lemons. There, I said it. Usually I just end up kind of skimming through a particular author's sex scenes after the first three or four, as they grow mind-numbingly repetitive and therefore dull. Yours are always different; spicy and fresh. A-fucking-mazing. Pour More On- See above. ;) Plus, this is one of my favorite kinks, and I love it when Ryo gets dominant. Hot, hot HOT!! OK, seriously this time - GD, that was a FABULOUS series of one shots. It was everything a reader of FAKE could have asked for - there was sweetness, new revelations, interesting character development, humour, and lots of hot and steamy passion. Jamie has definitely become quite the fascinating character, and it was nice to discover the history between her and Rose. Also, to your credit, the characters you have created to interact with the FAKE cast (Erin, Jamie, Tim) are as interesting as the canon characters we fans have come to love. I would love to see more in regards to them. And then what you do with our boys - as always, BRILLIANT, AMAZING and NEW. You write the farthest from boring from any author I have ever read. When I read your work, I can't turn the pages fast enough. Your narrative flows, and even when you take the characters in new directions (such as the last one shot with Ryo and the candlewax), it is exciting yet still very believable. As a result, while is was defintiely different to see Ryo taking such agressive control of their sex lives like that, it really didn't feel out of character at all. You really manage to capture the fluidity of sexual relations between two adult partners, all of the while maintaining their sense of love and devotion to each other. I can't say enough about this last series of one shots. With each new act, your strength as a writer continues to grow. Keep up the great work, and as always - UPDATE SOON!! XOXOXO - Blue

Another wonderful story this time!! There aren't any new ones out yet, so I guess that means I can start reading them all over again. I have one question though: Derrick Marsh...name sounds really familiar. Was he in another fanfic and if so, what's it called? I think I might have read it before... Hurray ..it's always a treat to ready your stories. Even though thy're 1 shots, they were fun to read. There were so many things I liked that not sure if can do justice in this informal review. Meanwhile ... Especially liked the one where Ryo is more dominant ... wldn't mind reading more such stories. Since they've been together for a while, & given that partner tend to influnce each other, don't think this wld be too out of character.I thought you wrote Ryo very well for that chapt. Also, laughed at the chap where Dee gave up smoking for 1 week ... yes, it wld had to have been something very tempting for him to stand firm. The fact that your out of cannon relationships work, seem so real and a part of the whole cannon says alot abt your skill as a writer! Yes, add me to the list as 1 of those hoping to see more development on the Tim/JJ front and while Erin isn't the nicest character, I enjoy the tension he brings into Dee/Ryo's relationship. A guy like Ryo wld definitely attract other admirers. That's why the boxing scene in your other story was a nice touch and gave depth to this whole universe that you've created. Thanks for sharing & keep up with the writing.

Wow! OF course, they were all wonderful, but "Literary Kink" was my favorite. It's kind of an inspiration to all writers of m/m erotica and yaoi fanfiction! Looking forward to another Act, but the one-shots are a great holdover. Oh, and the alternate beginning from "Healing" almost made my cry. Outstanding!
