This one-shot is excellent. I really like the way you captured the two characters' personalities--the responses were very in-character. Inuyasha was calm because he was essentially dead inside from her betrayal, a feeling that he's experience all too many times in his life. Kagome's upset because she knows she's wrong, and true to the anime/manga, she tries to shift blame from herself for her fights with Inuyasha. I like how you didn't focus on the other person but on Inuyasha and Kagome. It allowed you to fully developed their reactions. The ending was open and closed at the same time. If you wanted to continue, you could. If you are done, it's fine as it is. Good job!
