That was deep man. Way deep.@~@ That was like a total mind blow man. The way you see these characters is like...amazing! Most authors will peg Sesshoumaru as evil and make it seem he's always trying to kill stuff and they make Kikyou into some kind of crazy ice queen (not cream) that is dead set (no pun intended) on revenge, whether or not that includes InuYasha going to hell with her, or her just killing him or even Kagome. You have mastered the art of disiphering the most complex and at times confudleing characters, and have captured their very essence, allowing you to burrow into the dark and often unvisted depths of their pysch. (HEH,HEH I used big words, HE, HE. =D ) Its like you know them or something.... Well in case you see Shippou before me, tell him I said that if he ever sticks one of those crying acorn things in my pea soup again I'LL SHOVE IT UP HIS NOSE BOWL AND ALL! ...0_o... Anyway, GREAT fic keep up the wonderful work and have a happy holiday!!!!!!! Exclamation marks are fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (plays with one.)

A Kikyou point of view! and from the Live and Let Die Saga.. Wow! Whoot!! Literary Goddess, this is again another prime and perfect example of your lovely talent! Bravo!! Bravissimo!! Woot!! I loved the intro into the one shot. Kikyou accepting the fault lies with her. She pulled the big Assume mistake. She should have known that having similiar training it is automatic to hate and label every demon or hanyou as evil. When she made the cryptic comment (it speaks of her superior attitude.) that horrid priest probably also thought Kikyou suffered from being a woman and too "soft" being unable to perform her duty. Inuyasha, yes, he does have the uncanny ability to get in the way sometimes in some things. "Who knew that one single action on her part would send him straight into the arms of her rival - her living, breathing, reincarnation." sighs... Another example of Kikyou's upbringing and ignorance. Kikyou had always been pampered and catetered too because of her status and postion. She didn't get the chance to learn consequences of her actions properly or in time because of this "looking up to" by others. She did like the feelings of power and influence she had. This is really awesome! I have never seen such an intimate grasp and understanding of that complex character that we both love to hate and love to love .. Kikyou! This is beyond Amazing! Truly! Kudos! Bravo!! Bravo!! What does Kikyou now think of Inuyasha after she learned he is basically in the Youkai world.. royality. "The girl made no bones.." lol!! Oh the Irony!! The humour!! That kikyou was resurrected by her burnt and remaining bone fragments! Too funny!! I agree that Demons would still come after the Jewel even if it didn't exist beause they wouldn't accept it as gone and all of Inuyasha's enemies and his father's enemies would love to exact their revenge upon him. Kikyou's own beliefs would have destroyed her powers. I also agree with this. This is Masterfully done and written and it really stands by itself or adds more body and colours and understanding to the Live and Let Die World. Awesome truly extraordinary the way you seem to have Rumiko's characters down pat!!! "There were several times when Kagome could have been negative towards her, but she never tried to poison InuYasha's mind against her." That is a poignant insight. So very true. I don't like it when other writers have Kagome suddenly have this major screaming fest with Kikyou over Inuyasha (in front or before Inuyasha comes onto the scene).. soo very OOC. It really speaks of the depth of their characters. I am simply and complete in Awe over this masterpiece! Amazing! Exquiste! Woot!! Yes! Finally!! Someone who knows Inuyasha wouldn't have harmed the villagers just the buildings. Grumps.. several writers have it that it was him who took Kaede's eye. "that she blew his body out from under his head, forcing him to go into hiding to create a new one." And when he did make a new body.. Kikyou instead of ending the spell and freeing Inuyasha from the hopeless battle went and aided Naraku then allowed him to take her away with him. Ah! That ending was "bloody Brillant"!! Brillant! An insight to the reasoning behind why Kikyou would never apologized for her actions to either Inuyasha or Kagome. Too Cool!! Thank you for this!! For allowing us to peer into the mind of Kikyou and understand her tragic character more and to accept her more! Thank you!! Please keep up the most awesome work!! Can't wait to see what else there is is!! (sorry not my usual review..)
