I slipped in 7 for enjoyment factor simply because it isn't complete yet. The 9 in overall is what the fic will probably be if finished. This honestly holds some promise (if on its own, but author-wise it holds tons more), though I'm having initial reservations about a Fumi/Arika pairing (in my head that sort of equals MaiShizuru o_O). It's already been two years since the last update *sigh* I do hope you'll continue writing though. The fandom always needs (more like requires, given the latest influx of far-below-par fics) writers of such caliber. You were one if the first greats, and I'll always remember you that way, should you choose to continue or not. Still, somehow, intuition tells me that you have not yet written a defining Magnum Opus. Fire's -Sailor Ranko- or Tsuyazakura Kouyuki's -Lovers Eternal- are two of the premier examples. With the way you write, I expect one from you could truly become a classic of the Mai-HiME/Otome shoujo-ai fandom.
