i have committed a grave error in the past by not reviewing this when i first read it so i am rectifying that now... superb story! i was hoping that you would continue it but sequels are continuations in disguise so i am overjoyed. i am curious what all the sword can do and possible surprises that totosai didn't even plan if any. the situation in the canon series where everyone is content with kagome just trying her best to shoot a bow without even trying to learn self-defense or to use another weapon is a bit ludicrous. ~ thank you, ginny

Love this. So sweet, IY's desire to protect K, and how he tries so hard to hide it. Loved the sword trying to get to her before it was done. Kinda like our hanyou, eh? Can't be away from her. Would love to read more about this.

Oh, very nice, indeed. And its your first piece in the wonderful world of our Silver Haired Hunk of a Hanyou, InuYasha? Awesome! I liked it as is, but would love to see you take it further. Would be very interesting to see what all Kagome's new gift can/will do stemming from InuYasha's desire to protect her. Great piece! ;)

This is a great story and really fits in with the relationship between Kagome and Inuyasha. While it is good as a stand alone, I do look forward to reading any other tie-ins you feel like writing. Thanks for sharing your writing with us.

yES Yes yer... Bra lurves this fic haha! Very original, Not too discriptive and just discriptive enough, Great original plot, As Inu Hanyou Nikkie said that we are getting swarmed with Sess/kag and crossovers, this fic is a genuine Inu/kag! :) Bra likey... I really hope to see a continualtion of this oneshot really hope to read it! Just one thing though lay back on the Inu calling Kag an idiot or a wench. Tis all REALLY LOVE UR FIC from bra ROX!

I would say this is an excellent first forray into the InuYasha fandom. I am glad Inuhanyounikkie led me to this gem. I know it says one shot, but if you ever came up with something to add to it, I would definitely be first in line to read it. I hope this won't be the last we see of your work. Yay! A non-alternate, well written and enjoyable fic! Hooray to you!
