This isn't a bad cross-section of bad HP fanfic. All the references are either dead-on or generic enough to apply. However, I get the feeling that you're relying on the irony of knowingly using bad form in your fic, which is itself bad form. This fic would benefit greatly from jokes that take advantage of the references.
