Damn, Kikyou is such a bitch, isn't she? Wants to have everything her way. How long before InuYasha figures out he married the wrong woman? And how long before Kagome accidently ends up pregnant in spite of all the precautions? I can't wait for the next chapter to see what happens.

It's killing me to wait for more, and you've only just updated. This is a great story, and I can't wait to see what happens next. The conflict is so complex--I'm wondering how everything will eventually pan out (though I must admit, I am a Kagome x Inu Yasha fan, so I hope they do end up together--but who knows?). I like the twist on the love triangle, and how Kikyo is Inu Yasha's older human wife and Kagome is his youunger demon mistress--its a refreshing take on the dynamic of these three's relationship to each other. Looking forward to your next update whenever you have a chance!

your turning out to be a dem fine writer. I came for the update, stayed for a one-shot and got hooked on another chapter story. I don't know what I'm going to do with myself while I have to wait for this one to be updated...I can't wait for the soapish melodrama to start.

I love this story! It is such a brilliant idea with a very well-written set up. I'm very excited to see where it goes. That said, I did have one question: If Kikyo married Inuyasha's human side does that mean that she would only be with him when he was human, once a month for the night? That doesn't seem like enought time together to be worth getting married. Maybe that would show just how desperate Inuyasha was to marry her. Still, Kagome would be spending more time with Inuyasha than Kikyo would, which will not be great, especially with the jealousy already apparent on Kikyo's part towards her young niece. Anyway, great piece, and I look forward to the next chapter!

Mav, Kikyo is being a real bitch!! I literally cringed at the though of Kagome cutting her hair so short. And honestly Kikyo's jealousy is unforgivable,it's her own fault, since she agreed to this arrangement! It kind of shows she doesn't really love Inuyasha if she cannot accept him for what he is, a hanyou.

font color="purple">When I read this the first time you posted I thought it was more of a ficlet-one~shot kind of thing since the chapter was so short. It was interesting but I didn't expect to see more from it. So I'm pleasantly suprised to see that some of my burning questions might be answered. I think this will be a good story. I'm assuming you are still being vauge for a reason. I hope you will eventually tell us more because I will die from curiosity if the entire story is like that. I know you probably have a million "I hate Kikyo" reviews so I will turn the tables by asking something different. I agree with Kagome when she said Inuyasha was doing a lot for her. I want to know why. If he knew she wasn't going to accept all of him then why not just stay unmarried? It sounds like it would have been easier. Since Kagome is there to serve his demon half does that mean she takes on his life span? And why is Kikyo trying to make Kagome as misrible as possible? It was HER suggestion to have Kagome become his mistress. Not that it sounds like a bad (or good) job or anything but how can they expect the both of them to be comfortable with each other if they never get any time alone? I'll also assume that since neither can get pregnant it will become an issue later? And personally I think Kagome could get away with a lot more things if she could get a few moments alone with him. Like the whole hair and scented soap thing. I'm sure he would let her have more freedom if she asked him without Kikyo breathing down his neck. Well now that I've got all of that out of my system I hope that at least some of these get answered. At some point I do intend to review a few of your other stories too. Can't wait for the next update. Sorry for any errors in here. Oh yeah, your Kagome is kinda funny. I like her smart mouth.

Yeah.... I totally agree with you Kagome, your 'aunt' is a bitch, she is being totally unfair, and if you must change yourself for the person you love then I'm thinking you're with the wrong person, if they don't love you for you, FIND SOMEONE ELSE! Update soon!

AGH! It just keeps getting better and better! :) I could NOT believe that Kagome's hair had to be cut off! :( I felt sorry for her. OH well, Kikyou seems to be enjoying making Kagome's life a living hell, as always. -_- Good chappie, can't wait for the next update.

I think this is an interesting idea but I am unclear on what's in it for Kagome. Monetary recompense has been mentioned but that seems inadequate. Also, at what point does the arrangement terminate? When Kikyou dies? When Inuyasha dies? WHen Kagome dies? What happens if Kagome predeceases Kikyou?
