No! Don't stop there!
This is a wonderful fiction, full of life and screams.
You understand how to show Kenshin's as well as Kaoru's fragile mind. Both trying to hide behind a mask, both trying to look for comfort in the arms of the other to finally get a glimpse of heaven, a glimpse of peace and freedom.
I think this is the first time ever on mediaminer that I actually gave rating 10 for every aspect possible, but you sure have deserved it with your breathtaking story.
I hope you won't let us wait too long for the next chapter ^_^x

I'm happy you continued the story. I had read it before on ff.net. Sorry, that I didn't review there. Being not so fond to K+K stories because of the repetitions of clichés I find in your story one of the rares I love. The depths of the characters and the intensitiy of your language got me hooked. The last chapter was very good, a little feverish, but very intense.

Hey, this is really good so far. I like the way you just dived right into the action with the riot in chapter two. I also liked the exchage between Kenshin and Kaoru in the last chapter. It was sweet, but not overflowing with sap. That one line that Kaoru thinks to herself "He's a freaking jailbird! He's a sexy jailbird..." just cracked me up. Sometimes the smallest things amuse me. I'll be looking forward to the next chapter. |
