Hmm... SaGa Frontier had something in one of the character's story's VERY similiar to this. "I had to change you, or you wouldn't have survived," was basically the exact same line from the game. You probably didn't know, though, but damn, that is surprisingly close to the storyline! Sorry if I confused you! (grin grin)
