I don't mean to sound hateful if if comes out that way i am sorry. OK sounds like a good plot and story but first of all you need a little more back story. I take it they are not Shinigami. I would try adding a little more detail as well. Over all this story has great potential and I believe you should keep writing. Well if you update i will be sure to review for you.
