Love! Extremely well-done. I loved the bit about the hag gigai.And it was cute, but not fluffy. :] Though i pity her, working under Renji?! I love Renji, but damn, Ukitake's better. Or even Byakuya. Jeez, your best friend as your boss *shivers* (who she can otherwise 'control' considering her personality)
