I don't think a fanfiction has ever made me cry like this before, a testament to your suprime writing skills. It had all the perfect elements, suspense, romance, humor, pathos, and lemony goodness ;) definitly made me cry with tears of sadness when inuyasha says merry Christmas to himself, and happiness at the end. The perfect sequal to an awesome story. Keep up the good work! Helen

Very sweet. I loved how Kagome realized that they were each others late Christmas presents. And the idea of Inuyasha practicing unfastening Kagome's bra was great. I could just see him sitting there and going through her bag playing with everything. Great job.

Oh my gosh oh my gosh. Loved this one as much as silver and gold. I was crying so much my sleeves are wet from being sad to happy. I loved it. The ending was esp. good. Just right mix of lemon and sweetness. I was dreading the ending cause I wanted it to continue.

I went back and read "Silver and Gold." I forgot how much I liked that story, so I'm glad you wrote this. It was really touching in so many ways. Inuyasha celebrating Christmas without Kagome in his own way, the two cups of unopened ramen, all of Kagome's thoughts in the modern era. I love your interpretation of the final chapter of the manga, and this story would have been great as just a one-shot about that. But the Christmas angle, and the fact that they'd already revealed their feelings three years prior, made this even better. You really thought of every detail, making it mesh with the canon story so I can almost imagine that this actually happened! I like how you snuck in that kiss at the well too; the one Takahashi never gave us, LOL! Nice idea with the old bandit's place, and the symbolism of repairing it. Never seen either of those ideas before. I really felt the joy when they got there and truly realized they were together again. I loved the lemon too; so playful and serious and loving all at the same time. Unfortunately, you only get a 9.8 out of 10 for spelling, because I found a couple typos. In the first paragraph where we see Inuyasha, the one where he's sitting with the Christmas tree, "loan" should be "lone." Then in Inuyasha's second part, in the second full paragraph, you say the older villagers are still "weary" of him. "Weary" means "tired," while "wary" means "suspicious." I think you mean to say the villagers are still a little suspicious of him, right? Still a remarkably clean product, and you still make the fewest spelling/grammar errors of any fanfiction writer I read nowadays. Kudos on another awesome story!

Ahhhhh!!! It was soooooooo cute!!! so sweet!!! so romantic!!! ahhhhh!!! I mean... like you recommended at the beginning I just read silver and gold again and ahhhhhhhh!!! so sweet!!!
