Well, it does have good potential as a lemon fanfic and it'll be nice to see where it's gonna go. I like N/K, so fire away with lemons and don't stop there. ;)

You have a good thing going here. It's very interresting. Now why would Naru behave like that? My guess is sleepwalking. Or split personality/ies. I think it's too short to stand on it's own. I'm craving more. Please continue.

I really liked this!! I think you should continue with this story and forget about making it into a one-shot. It will be interesting to see why Naru came into Keitaro's room and her change of heart at the last minute.
