This was....awesome. Your first fic? Wow. I could totally feel all the confusion and grief....plus the use of elven language really enhanced it. Great job.

I think that was one of the most detailed stories I have ever read, though it was not terribly long, it captured the emotion and sense of loss in that scene very well.
It was a good subject too, an elf trying to handle and understand the feeling of grief is a good one, they are immortal as you said, very few must have ever felt such pain.
Despite the sadness of the story, it was 'enjoyable' though not meant that way as in, it did not bore me to read it. I think you should be proud of what you achieved. |

Wow! I usually don't tend to like 1st person narrative, but every once in a while I stumble upon someone who has the awesome ability to actually capture the characters thoughts. You have done that, and believably so. Congratulations, and keep writing! I only wish I could write so well! |
