It's a very cute fic, first off. The characters largely remained in character, and the scenario actually seems within reasonable limits of the show. (No freaking "I wuz high on caffeine" style "humor" -- I like that.) My chief suggestion, though, would be to get a proof-reader or two. It's a good story, but it's got a few misspells here and there, and a few odd grammar mistakes. I can tell you're a good writer, but that's definitely something to watch out for, especially if you ever decide to go beyond fanfiction and try for work with actual publications. Still, very enjoyable (the first real Cowboy Bebop fic I've read, to be honest), and I encourage you to keep at it. |
